None! This app is just perfect, i do not have any dislikes

I love how seamless it is to join or start meetings, with options for virtual backgrounds, screen sharing etc.
Overall, Zoom has exceeded my expectations and has become an essential tool in my daily life.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch conference solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
I think is one o f the tools that i have used fr along time and it is very easy to use and to talk to people, easy to set up and asy to manage.

Some times the system goes down and that is one thing that i do not like

Helpseveryday to have contact with my clients and everytime we have a video meeting within my team
Zoom workplace is very good product

Zoom workplace have all the workplace contact at one place and it keeps a track of all the meetings . It also has a cloud recording option which is very helpful.

Giving control of the system is not present in zoom workplace.

Video conferring and chat support is what this tool solves.

Ease of use, clients don't need to create a bunch of accounts/download an app to join

Zoom can really struggle with screen sharing with larger groups

Zoom is both our work phone and video confrencing tool. It is easy to use and the video confrencing is easy for our clients to use as well

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the connection can be unstable, and the app can be a bit complicated to navigate for new users.

Zoom is very efficient and effective in terms of navigate, easy access, and very helpful in everyday assisting customer. It is very usesful for our daily tasks and communications.

The update is too frequent and sometimes when an update is required the whole app shuts down.

It is being use and integrated with our softphones used to handle calls without hassles and bussles.
