Seamless Meetings and Effortless Scheduling with Zoom Workplace

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is a seamless app for meeting with peoples within your team or organization along with externally. It's a day-to-day usable app and it's also super easy to manage or schedule meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
High quality calls sometimes consume a lot of data or bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is very easy to use as it requires very basic knowledge to operate it. It is highly scalable from a small group to many, also having so many features or integration options with other applications. We can sink our google or Microsoft teams calendars very easily that makes life a lot easy by having all in one place. Also, it has very good quality calls normally.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, well known by everyone & accessible through many platforms. I use it a couple times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little laggy sometimes and I do find that I like Google Video more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problrm of connecting with my peers and clients for a face to face connection. It is better so we can connect with the client more.

Seamless Meetings and Flexible Controls Make Zoom Workplace Stand Out

What do you like best about the product?
I like the formatting of Zoom Workplace, especially in comparison to other things we use. I like that in some meetings, when I join, I don't have to bother with my camera or microphone, I log in and it's like being in a presentation. In other instances, I will log in and already be muted, which is also really helpful depending on where I am working.

We also have a weekly meeting that consists of many people online and people in one big room together. We do things all together as a group and then are separated into our own online group. I like that Zoom allows us to speak to one another without being broadcast to the other room and vice versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it can be a little slow to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A majority of the staff at my workplace are not local, and there are a lot of us, so Zoom is really helpful in allowing us to still meet together as one large group.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has been around for years
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it needs to catch up with the new technologies and new ways of working. It feels clunky when doing presentations, it is not as smooth as other more recent programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the number of people is considerable (over 2,000 people in the meeting) it is more stable

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and straightforward the Zoom Workplace site is to use. Its simplicity makes navigating and accomplishing tasks feel effortless.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Zoom Workplace.

Scheduling business meetings with potential clients is straightforward and hassle-free.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, majority of time doesn't screw up audio when coming from a different meeting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not crazy about IMs being deleted after 24hrs - but I think that's an instance-specific thing. Occasionally switches video/audio input from the default or last used options on my machines.

The big one is I can't copy screen caps in IM -- boo!

Closer collaboration between remote colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the support accessories and information provided by Zoom Workplace, like summaries and boards, which enhance my meetings experience. The platform’s ease of use is particularly impressive; it's straightforward to navigate the software, share screens, share documents, and react during meetings. This user-friendliness saves me both time and money, making my overall workflow more efficient. Additionally, everything related to meetings, from notes to recordings, is neatly in one place, adding to the convenience. I find the initial setup of Zoom Workplace to be really easy, allowing a seamless transition into using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited storage capacity in Zoom Workplace, which seems insufficient for our needs. Additionally, the ways of sharing recordings with teams could be improved, as it isn't as seamless as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace centralizes meetings with notes and recordings, supports with summaries and boards, and is easy to navigate, saving me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use. The platform feels clean and straightforward, so joining meetings or sharing my screen takes just a couple of clicks. The customer support was very nice to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say like 1 of 50 meetings that we have with zoom shows sometimes audio issues that we need to create a new meeting and start again. But in general, works pretty good for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve a lot of everyday communication problems. It makes it much easier to coordinate with people who aren’t in the same place, and it saves time because you can jump into a meeting instead of scheduling long email threads. It also keeps everything organized in one platform—meetings, chats, and files—so I don’t have to switch between multiple apps. Overall, it helps me stay connected and get things done faster.

Zoom Workplace is an excellent platform for holding meetings, communicating with clients, and connecting with potential business partners.

Sometimes I we can have issues with connection, but this is more an internet provider problem.

We have two locations - this helps both locations be on the same page with one another.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is robust and makes it easy to connect and manage ongoing meetings. In my experience, it's one of the easiest solutions available on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the cost is somewhat on the higher side, I believe it is definitely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect with a wide range of clients without any issues, and if any problems do arise, they are usually due to user errors.
