Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
It makes our work seamless. Easy to setup meetings, make calls, or transfer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about Zoom Workplace

It helps us all stay connected as a remote based company around the world.

Zoom is one of the best video services
What do you like best about the product?
Running meetings I like the options to mute all people on arrival. This is good for me since I routinely hold larger meetings so I do not have to worry about telling everyone to mute themselves which happens a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not much. It does what I need when I want and is easy to use for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since COVID Zoom has been our #1 tool to group large groups together for meetings or teachings. We actually use it more today than ever since a lot of people cannot travel to one place a lot of the time and we get to use this to help get everyone the needed information.

Customer support is not the best via chat.

The Zoom interface is getting a little cluttered.

It helps us to meet remotely and save valuable resources otherwise spent on travel.
Zoom makes it easy to work with clients remotely to accomplish business needs.

The biggest thing is the ease of use. We use Zoom almost daily to conduct client calls, vendor meetings, and internal collaboration. Being able to record mettings for later review is also a fantastic feature!

As a user and an Administrator, I have no complaints.

We are expanding out business offerings and part of that is working with client all over the region, country, and world. Zoom allows us to interact with current and prospective clients to achieve our goals.
Efficient and Reliable Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace excels in providing a seamless and user-friendly platform for team collaboration. The integration with other tools like Slack and Salesforce enhances productivity, making it easier to manage projects and communicate effectively across different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it can be resource-intensive, which sometimes leads to lag during larger meetings or when using multiple features simultaneously. Improved performance optimization would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the challenge of remote team collaboration and communication by providing a centralized platform for meetings, file sharing, and project management. This has significantly benefited my team by streamlining workflows, reducing the need for multiple tools, and enhancing our ability to stay connected and aligned, regardless of location. The ease of scheduling meetings and the high-quality video and audio have also improved our overall efficiency and communication.

I am a fan and nothing to dislike at this point.

This solves an overall platform problem with clients and what needs may be. This makes meetings seamless and less training across staff.

I love the abililty to collaborate with the team on calls, using whiteboards, getting assistance from AI tools, etc. It integrates well with our current applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all right now, but I need to use it more.

It is helping me to have better collaboration with my teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how zoom workplace is seemlessly integrated with all of the platforms my company uses. If I'm scheduling a meeting through webex or outlook or teams, its easy to see the zoom button and there's no need to switch through accounts and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to troubleshoot and figure out who exactly is having issues. I'm part of the IT helpdesk team so I often get calls about people unable to hear each other, but there doesn't seem to be a streamlined way to identify who exactly is having trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace is solving the problem of meeting people in person or hosting seminars. We don't need to schedule conference rooms or account for travel times or unforseen setbacks. The zoom cloud recordings make it easy for anyone who missed something to catch up.
Very customizable platform! Strong customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I feel the backend of the software is quite extensive and highly customizable which is a huge asset for organizations like ours that have a unique model. The customer service is also efficient and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The Zoom team chat is a great application but can use some tweaking/ updating for certain features.

Having a consolidated software for VoIP, instant messaging and video conferencing.
