Gotta love Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Everybody is on one unified platform so we can all work together SO much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, honestly. It's convenient and super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a tool to remotely access other users computers, so as IT Admins we do a screen share and then request access to control their mouse. It makes our jobs so much easier, especially because everybody has Zoom.

Virtual meetings
A lot of potential for better, despite the promise of the product
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like there is a good amount of customization available within Zoom Workplace. While there are plenty of options all over the place, it seems like once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. We will be using this as our primary communication platform moving forward. The porting team, Vy Pham in particular, is very helpful with providing me timely updates and making sure that everything I need from her is accomplished quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support via the main phone line is horrible. I've personally had 2 calls dropped on me without any follow-up calls in return. The support is outsourced to what sounds like the Phillipines, and all their support techs seem to be operating off a script. No critical thinking, as expected from a support team like this. The out-of-the-box reporting leaves a lot to be desired; roles can not be properly delegated to our team members. Communication via email is sometimes lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs to communicate both internally with our team members and externally with our customers. That's the primary benefit of using Zoom Workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with both people internal and external to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administrating certain areas (like Phone Management) can be cumbersome and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for scheduling video conferences as almost everyone has access to Zoom.
Easy to use and plenty of features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest web meeting platform to use. My work role has me using Zoom at least one per day, and I never have connectivty issues or other problems. I also appreicate the extra features that allow for interactive teaching/display.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of! I have used other platforms that are much more cumbersome, so Zoom always seems like such a breeze to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to not only meet, but also create trainings for my team to view at their convenience.
Game Changing
What do you like best about the product?
As a small nonprofit organization, Zoom Workplace allows us flexibility to work all across the state of Colorado without missing a beat. From the phone services, virtual meetings, chat and more, it is easy and reliable to work together without being together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside has been that my computer doesn't like switching from Zoom to Teams meetings, so I make a point of scheduling meetings with Zoom even when meeting folks at agencies who usually use teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a hybrid workforce and a small team that works across a large geographic region, Zoom Workplace helps us be a well-organized and nimble agency.
Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation, there is good documentation on how to get things working

Lack of customization in terms of specific technical settings (voicemails, etc.)

We migrated from a physical phone system to a soft phone system that Zoom offers, which gives us more flexibility
Probably the most reliable meeting platform

The sase of adding as well as removing users.

The fact that we have to wait a for our annual renewal to ba able to remove paid seats

It is helping with ease of user management.
Expensive but good
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I think that its whiteboard function and recordability is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is not helpful. Phones are terribly expensive. The new update forces people in a "waiting room", which is stupid. Should have a note taking abiliity function built in, not an add on.

communication. as a remote company it allows us to stay "close" as if we are in an office.

The integrated phone lines are a huge plus, allowing us to reach team members or clients directly without needing separate tools. The ability to host and manage meetings effortlessly has really helped us maintain strong communication and collaboration across our global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally experience minor video or audio issues, especially during high-traffic times. Additionally, some of the advanced features, like large webinars, can become costly. However, these issues are relatively small considering how much Zoom has helped us stay connected and productive as a global team.

With team members spread across different time zones, it’s essential that we have a reliable platform for communication and collaboration, and Zoom delivers that consistently. The integrated phone lines are particularly beneficial, allowing us to maintain seamless communication without needing additional tools or systems.
