One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Having telephone and video conferencing in one application is very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big issues with Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us stay connected in this era of hybrid working. Since it's a widely used platform, most people are using it and there is little to no learning curve.

Love Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how well it works with Google. Prefer Zoom to Teams and Google Meet
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. I really enjoy Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to have one platform all our staff use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom. It is very user friendly, easy to use and I love how easily it integrates with Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides I can think of with Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows employees to 'meet', even when staff are not physically together. This allows for greater collaboration and better communication.

What do you like best about the product?
We have uses beyond meetings. We also use Zoom Phone, which is great. Easy to yse and like that we can text our database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to switch from a call to zoom for the end user, could just be a training issue on my part

The ability to not only video conference, but to call and text.

Zoom has been great, the online system for setting up Autoreceptionists and call flows has been very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right after we signed our contract with Zoom, they reverted earlier statements about SMS being available which was very frustrating. However the Zoom team worked with us and have fixed the situation and are now able to use SMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our calling tree being managed internally has been huge.
Versatile, simple, always works.
What do you like best about the product?
It's the no fail option. Users just 'get it' and it works. It has great AI extensions. It integrates into software like vMix, making it very useful for more complex meetings. All in all, Zoom Workplace is an indispensible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see higher default camera quality options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People use all sorts of platforms to connect video, but Zoom always works, and works well. It means I can reliably include anyone in my meetings without worrying about their personal experience or interruptions in the meeting.
Zoom Workplace makes a good product even more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Recent updates with the launch of Zoom Workplace make the user and host experience more intuitive. More control over the Zoom Meeting Controls and other feature improvements with 6.0
What do you dislike about the product?
Still wishing that we could control the LOOK of cloud recordings the way we an local. The cams BESIDE not overlapping the slides

Integrated Interpretation and SIgn language features allow us to reach our audiences in a way that Teams can not.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.

Great Video Conferencing and Chat Application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a ton of different features including video chatting, text chatting, live whiteboards, and much more. Its so easy to use we never have any issues to deal with coming from our end users. Its super easy to implement too as there are installers for every device. We use it every day and in the off chance we need support their customer support team is always quick to respond. It also easily integrates with any current system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I could list about Zoom that I don't like. over the years they have gotten better and better.

The biggest benefit is that this is an all in one solution and we don't have to have multiple vendors.

I like that phone, chat, meetings can be found in same place
What do you dislike about the product?
AI companion is inaccurate and transcription has been misleading in meetings
