What do you like best about the product?
We can communicate with remote employees and clients. It is easy to use.

Sometimes our volume doesn't work with zoom.

Zoom is helping us with meetings with clients from different cities and provinces.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, simple sweet and best. It is really easy to learn. It can be integrated with other tools like slack, teams, outlook, etc. I like the audio quality and microphone checks to ensure a smooth experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality the rendering time of the video is sometimes slow with a lot of people inside the meeting room, rest some giphy support can be implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration while doing remote work is the key to the new work culture post Covid. And Zoom has done a remarkable job in connecting dots from the farthest points. It enables a smooth interaction over calls, with screen sharing, whiteboard, drawing options. I really likt it
We usually use zoom on company meetings which is awesome

Seeing other co workers and just having a good meeting with the whole company coworkers

I have no dislike about zoom, everything is great.

No problems according to my standards
It is good for formal meetings and it offers wider flexibility such as recording meetings

physical meetings cost a lot, with zoom I attend meetings abroad or even at night

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use , and everyone can use it as it is accessable for everyone and we are using it in dialy basis ,it has a lot of properties like recording of the meeting, chatting and strong customer service help
What do you dislike about the product?
After 40 minutes it will close for the free version even if only 2 persons on the meeting

It solve going out and consuming alot of time trying to reach you class or course hall, you can do and learn from the comfort zone of you home everything you want

Good to use
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best video conferencing and it's user friendly and we can connect it with laptop, desktop , tablet and mobile and the main thing is video can be recorded. And if you dont want to show our face we can turn off the video , which is comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes. And it will be showing as connecting... Connecting..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with people from where ever I want coz it is international and it made my job easy ,work from home is so convenient with zoom and can share screen.

Collaboration is what I like the best about Zoom Workplace.

I don't like how the software doesn't have some features on certain devices.

Zoom Workplace is helping by having a place for all teammembers to meet and much much more.

I love the evolution of Zoom Workplace - the ease of use, scheduling, design, etc.

This is really Zoom specific, but a lot of video platforms aren't curly-hair friendly.

I work for a company that is fully remote. Zoom allows me to connect with my team. It's reliable and functional!
