Best bang for your buck
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom does listen to their customers and modifies their service based on customer suggestions and complaints. They are wanting to continuously upgrade their product and it shows. We went with Zoom because they combined phone, video, email, team chat and scheduling all in one app that was significantly cheaper than what we were paying when we had those functions through seperate applications. The scheduling software has been life changing at our company. We suggested a modification that would be helpful for our company and they started working on it. Zoom has been user friendly and most of our team has picked it up very quickly despite not being technologically savvy. Our transition from Teams to Zoom was fairly easy as was our transition from DialPad to Zoom. If you already use a web based phone system, it should be really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could have better support once you are a customer. The support during our trial period before we actually purchased Zoom was amazing. After purchasing, they were unable to help us as much. We do still receive support and they are still a great company to work with, it just is something they could improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to schedule our appointments manually which took so much time from our employees and our candidates. Now, everything is very streamlined. We are interviewing candidates sooner and with less back and forth. We also use the AI summary of phone calls to summarize notes with candidates and clients instead of rewriting everything. You will typically need to glance over it and ensure it is accurate, but we rarely have changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Pulls together calendar, chat and other features in one place. Don't need to keep multiple tabs open as in the past. Integrates nicely with Google Calendar and AI recorders
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are sometimes glitchy, and still get notifications about cancelled meetings.

Zoom Workplace Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Zoom's AI summary, host / co-host controls, and breakout room features the most. I work in a nonprofit - and we want to be very collaborative as a team. We discuss a lot of information, and AI's summaries are helpful in the case that anything was missed during our meetings. We have everchanging schedules and sometimes things come up. When we have webinars, it is helpful to be able to easily switch host and co-host privileges in the case that we have to make last-minute shifts. Being able to mute and remove others is a good feature as well. As a team that really leans in on each other. Zoom has created a positive workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope that Zoom could provide an ice-breaker feautre, or a wide variety of games and such. I also think that it could be helpful. I also would hope that there were an automatic spotlight feature for whomever is speaker. Sometimes, we forget to manually spotlight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our team to be fully remote. Zoom has a good communication system. We are able to be notifed about who is added as a host, who is joining, and recieve notes / video clips afterwards. Zoon allows us to have large webinars. Zoom allows us to break into groups and have private discussions. It feels very fitting for a nonprofit organization.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The chat function is the most used function for our team. I appreciate both the continuous chats and abilities to make a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates do not always go through automatically which can cause issues for usage and for our less technological team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps out remote team connect on a daily basis which helps our productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to make calls and keep your personal number. Make zoom calls.

Texting message sometimes doesn't work when texting.

You are able to book a video zoom call.
Easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to install and use; as an admin, it's easy to create and manage accounts for both free and paid users. Settings defaults (like the phone number for call-ins), backgrounds, and other settings is very easy for various groups. Outside users do not need an account or to have the software installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints about the software.

We need to speak with colleagues and clients at various locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workspace works great for our business! We us the phone lines and webinars. Both work great.

There isn't anything that doesn't meet our expectations

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I am able to use a zoom phone number to allow for me to connect with business contacts without sharing my personal phone number. I appreciate that zoom integrates with other applications I already use, such as Calendly, Constant Contact, and the Google Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at times certian pieces can feel clunky or glitchy at times still. Things like the fact that I can't turn off the meeting waiting room after starting a meeting in my personal room. I also don't love the AI feature; I appreciate that we have the ability to turn off AI meeting summaries if we don't want them. I have found other AI meeting summaries used by colleagues to be inaccurate and not very helpful, so I am not interested in trying a service like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to create, schedule, and organize meetings efficiently both within my organization and with external clients.
Zoom is a Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the integrations! From Phone to AI to Docs and Calendar and Emails ... everything you need to manage the logistics of your business schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. I am a big fan. I guess if it had been my approach, I would have made it work as an add-on to my Gmail or an add-on to my Outlook, but I see why the developers chose the route they did and I can respect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having 42 different platforms to keep track of. The bulk of what you need for business shceduling logistics is all in one place.
