What do you like best about the product?
Having one app to take calls, instant messages, and create virtual meetings makes it easier to deploy and use. We have mostly older employees who do not use technology much at home. The Zoom user interface is easy to navigate, making training much smoother. Licensing is easy to understand as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally have issues with the Zoom live-streaming app which causes us to reconfigure the custom settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having communications that follow the user anywhere they go, regardless of what network they are on. We have employees who work remotely and on the road, so this was a challenge before we switched to Zoom. In addition to this, having one app for phones, meetings, remote desktop troubleshooting, and making training videos saves us money on licensing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, familiar to all, highly featured for All Hands styled meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were a web client, that doesn't require a local computer install to join meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are quite stable. Audio filtering is excellent. Very easy to setup and to get non-tech people setup and used to the platform. Breakout rooms and timers allow us to do all sorts of interesting things in our online classroom. Much more stable and high quality video and audio compared to Teams and Google Meet
What do you dislike about the product?
Google calendar integration is iffy. I get security alerts every time I send a meeting invite with Google calendar. Pro plan is a bit pricey. A bit of a hassle at the beginning of every meeting to see if everyone's audio and video is setup correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer online training. We couldn't exist in this form without Zoom to serve as our classrom. We also use it internally for meetings with our team spread out all over Canada.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar scheduling feature is by far the best feature of zoom workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it. I would say if I had to pick, it would be that it's difficult to add non-zoom account holders as guests on meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a complex organization with remote employees all over the world. Zoom workspace allows my organization to run seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use a wide user adoption. Video conference quality is excellent. Even works now in Tesla vehicles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a better chat function like how teams works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to use a platform for Inceident Reponse where all participants can connect via any device.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make phone calls and host virtual meetings from the same app is very convenient and easy to use

I am not able to copy the phone number of the person I am on the phone with while we are on the call

What do you like best about the product?
It works 99% of the time. I have no issues with Zoom per se, especially the new Zoom Workplace Business Plus with integrated Zoom phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI companion is half-baked. Some of the other features that are now in Zoom Workplace are pretty obtrusive and get in the way of just wanting to conduct a meeting or being on the phone. Support with Zoom has become a nightmare to use. I used to be able to quickly change billing, add or subtract services all within the Zoom.us portal, but now I have to go through some sort of billing support to get anything done, and between the chatbots not knowing what to do, waiting onhold with with support, the support site being down a lot, and getting trasnferred form one department to the next, really makes me think if there is something else out there (i.e., Teams, Slack) that would work jsut as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom phone has been great, moving from an old PBX system to Zoom phone was relatively easy and now staff, most of which are working remote, now have a phone number that can be used by the staff. All of the extneral meetings are done through Zoom, as it is the most familiar with most people loggin into a meeting.
