Pretty Basic
What do you like best about the product?
The easer of scheduling. I mainly use the workplace to create the Zoom link and then throw it in my gcal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was integrated with Google Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's only been helpful as most our clients prefer it for video.

Fairly user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient site for both meetings and phone all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not user fiendly, consecutive emails reagrding same issue is only responded to via email and no personal approach. So many features in Zoom Phone makes it hard to get specific functionality working properly for our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to dial out with the business number appearing, keeps personal numbers private. Allows for calls to easily come to one number and be directed easily from a remote location.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection is always amazing and doesnt lag

nothing at all. it all works good, never issues.

Great for remote work with my company. Always works great and never issues.
It's still all new, but so far it's great.
What do you like best about the product?
The features we've used so far have been relatively easy to use and implement througout the office. Customer support has been responsive (and patient) while we go through the integration and learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only started using Zoom Workpace recently so, a lot of the features are unfamiliar. Unfortunately, finding good information on how to use some of the features have been lacking or we simply haven't found a very good source of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps connect all our offices together. We're now able to have virtual meetings regardless of everyone's location. It also helps tremendously with staff working from home or when they're on location at a client's office.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the ability to quickly jump on zoom calls with clients and down line agents. Easy to use share screen allows me to effectively sell and teach agents about certain things and how to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more options for support with my account. Having a live person or dedicated account specialist to rely on would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve travel and time issues due to being able to do face to face meetings and screen sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
-I like that we have our phone and meeting system all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
-You can't speak to anyone via phone. Everything is chat. Even then, you have to get past the AI bots to chat with a real person. This is maddening. It's my biggest gripe.
-While helpful for the most part, agents often rely on sending you articles to figure out the problem instead of walking you through the steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in the Home screen. It has all 4 items I nned every day.

The chat especially if you have a large amount of users.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has been extremely easy to set up and roll out, from an administrative standpoint. Integrating current features, and the roll out of new features is extremely easy. My organization is 90% remote so we use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have noticed so far is when users request features be enabled, we don't always recieve an email about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom in late 2019, early 2020, as we and everyone else went to a remote/WFH structure. We needed the ability to have both large and small meetings, as well as class style meetings. As everything has transitioned since then into Zoom Workplace, we have found ourselves using more of the features that are available, and that has made our meetings and events continue to run smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile application, the AI features, meeting summaries, quality of the video, speed of the tool, administrative portal, and workflow of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the federal contrating world we have some clients who will not let us use zoom.

Solving our needs across all our business functions. We have employees using voice, video, SMS, whitboard, AI, and every feature.
