Can be glitchy at times and can get pricey.

We are all remote, so this solves us being able to meet virtually.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so customizable it can get confusing how to navigate around things, one wrong button can cause a big problem

One platform for meeting, calling and loved that it can sync with my AI note takers too

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, audio / video quality, screenshare works great. Ease of integration to other tools. We have multiple tools in the same realm but Zoom is the recommended and used most. Implementation was straight foward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting support is not the best. Response via email is slow. At times, upgrades it feels buggy.

Connecting employees and customers with a quailty solution.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication tools, which makes collaborating with my team effortless. The video conferencing quality is consistently reliable, even with large groups, and the addition of features like Zoom Whiteboard and Zoom Chat allows for real-time collaboration and idea-sharing. The platform is intuitive to use, whether for quick check-ins or larger virtual events, and its ability to integrate with other workplace tools streamlines our workflow, making it an indispensable part of our remote work setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with the sheer number of features available, especially for new users. It can take some time to navigate and fully understand all the options, which can lead to a bit of a learning curve. Additionally, occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflows as users adjust to new interfaces or features. While the platform is generally reliable, there have been instances where video quality fluctuates or connectivity issues arise, which can be frustrating during important meetings.

I primarily use Zoom Workplace for team meetings, project collaboration, and client presentations. It’s great for conducting virtual meetings with remote colleagues, sharing screens during brainstorming sessions, and hosting webinars or training sessions for larger audiences. I also use the chat feature for quick communication and the Zoom Whiteboard for interactive planning with my team. It's become an essential tool for both day-to-day communication and more formal business presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use! We use Zoom daily, all throughout our company. I've found it's very easy to teach new employees how to use and have had no issues intergrating with our other applications on the Zoom side of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be updated, visually it's a bit outdated to me. But that's just a preference, nothing to do with performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is majority remote workers and Zoom has allowed us to connect across timezones with ease. We also use Zoom with our clients, there is easy intergrations with Google Calendar and Hubspot that allow instant links to be sent when we schedule meetings.

As an executive assistant I love the scheduling privileges in which I'm able to set meetings for my bosses

The amount of notifications, sometimes I get overwhelmed

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless client experience. As an admin I find the system very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone reports could be better. Zoom is obviously a Virtual Meeting company before they are a Phone company. Most of their reports have to do with Meetings. Phone reports have some room to catch up.

Reliable phone system and Online Meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Workplace platform is very user friendly and is constantly updated to improve the user experience. We really love the AI integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are added and/or existing features are moved without notification to the general user. It would be helpful if all users on the platform could receive a personal notification when logging on that updates have occurred to promote the most effective use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and capturing action items, serving as a backup to meeting conversations

The fact that my meetings are recorded makes note taking of our board meetings a breeze.

Nothing, everything about Zoom workplace has been great.
