ZOOM for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The fact is that it connects to my team workspace and my calendar and is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the plug-ins for Google Spaces, like Google Calendar, are buggy. For example, you can't set a co-host/sub-host directly from the calendar invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely. So, most of my contact with my team and network is virtual. Zoom is my team's hub for communication and networking.

Zoom - Great Videoconferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom consistantly works well and is easy for people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a 40 minute limitation on free accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily and consistantly have videoconference meetings.
Simply The Best
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, availablitiy of various features that are needed under very specific conditions. Abilty for the application to adapt from couple of users to presenting to a large group with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this applies for most modern serivces its very easy to add licenses, and not as easy to remove them when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to colaborate, quickly and with ease.
ZOOM for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and manageable workspace for both the host and the enduser. Perhaps its greatest strength is the ease with which the uninitiated can join a zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZOOM in both educational and administrative contexts. For our educational purposes, it is an unparalelled solotion because it allows our participants/students to gain access to the virtual classroom with very little effort. There is no need to create an elaborate or expensive account. In most cases, all our students need to do is click the provided link. While there are other solutions, everyone can access zoom and almost all of our participants are familiar with the platform.
Best tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
No other system compares to the ease of Zoom Workplace. It works nearly all of the time, with very few issues. I appreciate the ease of rolling out Zoom workplace during the covid lockdown. I feel like Zoom is what has been able to keep us functioning seamlessly, and what has allowed us to remain a fully remote organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints are regarding the release of new features without warning or training (i.e. recognition of hand symbols being difficult to turn off).

Security Concerns: Despite improvements, some users still worry about privacy and security, especially with the rise of “Zoombombing” incidents in the past.
Cost: For larger organizations or those needing advanced features, the cost can add up quickly.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, many functionalities, and customer support is always helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot decrease licences during a contract, which is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combinding a phone system and video conferencing.
Remarkable platform and amazing to use for cross-functioning teams!

Nothing, absolutely nothing! Everything is seamless.

Zoom workplace trims that fat and hassle to scheduling meetings.
Necessary resource in Remote Environment
What do you like best about the product?
Secure and clear connection for multiple users. Awesome in a virtual training environment. We also use Teams but for participants less that 5.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I have multiple user accounts and in a work setting it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employes work in various areas of the state, have an ability to work together and not be in the same space has provn very useful.
Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is an excellent choice customers who are using VOIP. It makes it a complete collaborative Tool for any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Microsoft TEAMS is being part of M365 standard license. Make it difficult for customers to justify the additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No. I do not see any issue with Zoom workplace
