What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoom Workplace brings chat, meetings, and phone together in one platform. It keeps our team connected without jumping between different tools, which helps communication stay fluid throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
I value how user-friendly Zoom Workplace is, as it allows me to create an account and get set up quickly without any complications. What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a "one stop shop" - Between its built-in functionality and the myriad available apps that can be installed, almost anything can be done inside Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult sometimes to find what I'm looking for because there are so many menu options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with email overload - instead of sending emails back and forth we use Zoom chat within our team and our company to send small communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its ease of use, which makes it seamless to integrate into daily operations. The setup was relatively easy and seamless, allowing for a smooth transition when we switched from another vendor. I am particularly pleased with the platform's ability to provide stable, good connections, significantly improving over our last vendor, which was quite spotty. The availability of reports has been highly beneficial, as our previous solutions provided little to no reporting. With Zoom Workplace, the voice mail feature is convenient, and the entire system operates efficiently and reliably. These features make it a robust tool for conducting calls and meetings, which I have been doing for about a year now. Its ease of use is a major factor that would make me consider purchasing it again, and I would highly recommend it to others, with a likelihood score of 10 out of 10.

Some features, like Zoom Scheduler or AI Companion, aren’t immediately accessible without extra setup or premium plans, which can slow down implementation for smaller teams.
