What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is reachable and very helpful

They take a little more time to help with an issue. Wish they could solve the issue in a more timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have several instances when we have had to set up auto receptionist. They have been helpful setting up and or fixing issues with it.

The one and only Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I think zoom has brought out so many features that are usefull to the end user today. Break out rooms, Zoom Phone, Workplace Chat, and Whiteboard.. Its a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a downside to using Zoom. It always runs and is ready to go at a moments notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the business with meetings across the globe. This requires less traveling and more time with the end user.

The best part of the zoom workplace is video quality

To launch a call there a lot of popups and the account logins get crossed often

Zoom has had a stable product for virtual calls for our revenue team and for internal meetings
Excellent platform - maybe too many options
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is completely customizable and offers options for almost anything you can think of. In theory, it could be a 'one stop shop' for all your workplace communication - since email and calendars can be integrated directly into your Zoom toolbar. It took us about two months to fully implement Zoom Workplace (with phones). The transition to using the desktop app was effortless - switching to VoIP was more difficult. I use Zoom daily to message my colleagues and make phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize Zoom is what makes it great - but it's almost as though there are too many options - many hidden settings on the web version admin portal. It took me several months to get comfortable with how my Zoom Workplace was set up and even now I'm learning something new every day. It has been a lot of trial and error with my team and we've been sharing what we've found to work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace replaced our outdated phone system. We are three months in to the transition and still learning the nuances of Zoom phones and VoIP phones in general. The zoom desktop app has been very easy to learn and most of our office enjoys the instant messaging feature - which has cut down on the number of emails in a day. We have not fully explored all Zoom can do as we are still trying to get comfortable with the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had very big success with using zoom. It has been reliable and has not cut out when hosting meetings. It was easy to implement. It is very user friendly. There is great customer support and training. We use it often for all of our users
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had great success with using the mobile version of Zoom. User's have issues hearing me when using the mobile features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with our VOIP when using ring central. It was not very user friendly. There was not much training on Ring Central. Zoom has solved all those problems and user's are satisfied.
Zoom makes it easy to work in a distributed workplace
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part Zoom is very reliable and I can easily met with colleagues since we're distributed across the globe. I love the slack integration which means we can easily start new meetings from slack when it makes sense to move the conversation to a meeting. Zoom is easier to use than Slack Huddles to be completely honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom has connectivity issues and it's not related to local internet connection. And at times the app can hog RAM/processing resources when not even in use. When I finally close the app instead of letting the app (not a meeting) run in the background, the RAM frees up and my computer works fine again.

Working with colleagues in a distributed workplace is easier with Zoom
A comprehensive virtual office tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best way to use Zoom for us is to record the calls and to have the AI transcriptions. This makes it easy to go back and review calls and to make sure the decision made are clear and we can easily follow up with action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annotation tool is hard to use. I find it difficult to toggle between annotating and working with the windows in my screenshare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote workforce, so Zoom allows us to collaborate and to work with clients in all locations.

What do you like best about the product?
All things in one place; calendar, team chat, files shared, scheduler and also the ease of use

The icons are bit hard to see on the top panel.
