Great virtual meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with lots of powerful features that enhance the virtual meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminder emails about our license cap a little annoying, I was literally just in the admin panel and saw how many licenses we had as I assigned the one that triggered the warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing staff members and external collaborators to connect virtually.

Zoom leads in internal comms & collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to select the correct channel to connect and share with other users. Change the tab you're in and the whole interface becomes a different app with relevant user interface design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace still has some kinks working from platform to platform. Interfaces between desktop and mobile apps seem to be created with different art direction and workflow. Some minor bugs persist with the mobile app, such as scheduled profile status updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace performs above and beyond competitors in ease of automation. Using iPaaS solutions or diving into Zoom's API directly, there are fewer headaches--most use cases just work with little effort and upfront learning.
Zoom Helps to Bring People Together
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really helps bring people together across different areas. It allows you to feel connected and build community while not physically in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can sometimes be difficult to hear when you play a video for all the members to watch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to meet with parents in the evenings without requiring them to find childcare.
Zoom, Setup and Forget
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace moves all my engagement into one central place. I manage 600 people who were all dispured over the globe. Everyone is now in one system. Implementation was a breeze with PSO - they Rock. This app is used daily, and we are rolling out additional features constantly - ZCC and Workvivo next.
Integration was a breeze. Customer Support - premier support was the best decision I made. Prompt and solves my questions time after time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. I have everything in 1 location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One vendor to house and supply my Telephony and Omni channel communications. The best in the business I beleive. I am saving more than two-thirds of my previous solutions - which was split over 5 vendors and a spiderweb of integrations.

easy to use, works with low bandwidth in certain countries

not having breakout rooms inside breakout rooms. useful in school setup, when classrooms go to practice to be able to split again

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's workplace application offers exceptional video and audio quality, making remote communication seamless. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, with a variety of features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds. These tools are especially useful in facilitating collaboration, whether in a team meeting or a large webinar. The integration with other workplace tools, such as calendars and file-sharing apps, is also seamless, enhancing productivity and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Zoom could improve is its chat functionality. While it serves the purpose, it feels less robust compared to other messaging apps. Additionally, the application can sometimes be resource-intensive, causing slower performance on older devices or less powerful systems. There are also occasional issues with connectivity, particularly in high-traffic meetings, which can disrupt the flow of communication.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly set up meetings, share screens, and work together in virtual rooms helps streamline workflows and maintain productivity, This flexibility is invaluable, especially in coordinating with teams like the UC, ODL, and VDI teams, where smooth communication is essential for addressing issues and achieving goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Chat Keeps our hybrid team connected and the phone to video function is great. The resources tabs connected to group chats are helpful. We're starting to play with the AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure doesn't support part-time work force. It's all in or free version which has significant limitations in a business context. It would be great if there's was a reduced usage option that sits somewhere in the middle.

Clarity of voice while on meeting and multiple options to adjust the sound and video filters.

AI Companion should be allowed to single user instead of whole of organisation.

Zoom is making it very productive to stay connected and communicate in efficient manner.

I like the clendar links and ease of connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the system admin, I am not fond of paying for each of our staff. I know a paid service will always be better than a "free", but when we have a large group the annual cost gets to be quite a bit. It would be good if the cost per license decreased as the size of the account increased. Although, there is quality and innovation for the non-free conference room systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many we recently changed the way we do much of our business. With so much more of our staff growth coming from other areas it is great to have gas connections.
Zoom has provided great connection in a time of need!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for the meetings or appointments where you cannot get to in person. It allows for ease of access to your coworkers and to doctors amongst other contacts in your daily life happenings. It was very easy to download the app and get going on it. I use the app about twice a week and for the most part it is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful thing about zoom is that it is sometimes difficult to unmute and to find background scenes quickly. I dont know why but I've had difficulty on my phone w/these features.

Zoom helps in getting in contact w/others and that is a very big point of why I use it.
