Zoom is an amazing tool in the workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace is easy to use. Setting up meetings, joining calls, and sharing screens are very easy...even to those who are not so tech-savvy. Zoom Workplace provides great intregation capabilities, I use it with my Google Calendar. The quality of the video and audio are excellent. It is easy to record our sessions/meetings. I also use the Breakout Rooms feature when brainstorming or doing training with large groups. Customer Support has been very supportive when needing responses to billing and technical issues. I use Zoom Workplace multiple times per day and it really is easy from implementation to the end of the Zoom session.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue would be the cost. I used to have security concerns but feel confident that these vulnerabilities within the system have been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has helped create a more connected, efficient, and secure work environment. I feel that it provides smoother communication, more organization, and the ability to work more efficiently from any location.

The system itself appears very useful, until you need something fairly common or expected.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Outlook Calendar and the voice mail system messages setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use SMS and Call queues without having to buy another addin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically provides a proffesional business phone, meeting and calendar functiosn.
The audio should be better quality for music collaboration

It is pretty easy to use. I find it easy to start up and use it

The audio quality The audio quality is not very good. It would be better for music collaboration if the audio quality was better.

It helps me collaborate with others in a real time environment
Zoom is the best option for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliablity and cosistency of Zoom for our business to be able to have virtual meetings, you can't put a price on that. Video and connection is the best feature of Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for a nonprofit but I guess you have to pay high for the best product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sustain a business with a hybrid work setting.
Making contact with people with and get additional projects completed.
What do you like best about the product?
I find that when using Zoom Workplace I'm able to make contact with more people I otherwise would not be in contact with and get more projects cpmpleted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaspe there shuld be an intutive file share abilities.

Scheduling meetings was always an issue prior to Zoom Workspace.
Simple to use, could use better security features/assurances

It is very simple and easy for my users to enroll in and use. It is relatively easy to administer from my point of view also.

I do wish that Zoom was more secure. Better encryption features would be great.

I like the chat feature the best. The way you can organize folders

The least helpful thing would be email feature, i feel like its lacking many features

They solve many, like havign the need to work across multiple platforms to accomplish the same things in Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Zoom workplace is the ease of use for all of the staff! We currently have 68+ on board and we all love this capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
In breakout rooms, we cannot see the general chat so that would be my feedback is to add this feature where the general chat is visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace is solving the gap of miscommunication throughout our teams and uniting us through collaborative efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Favorite feature is the screen control, very convenient for troubleshooting other users' computers. Use it a lot, works well with hardware we have. I like that there are multiple tiers of usage as well for those who don't need to host meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requiring all hosts to be licensed is a bit inconvenient when there are other services with video conferencing built in that won't have a time limit.
