zoom- the best app for online session
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best app i have ever used as client as well as a developer.
It has a smooth interface which helps us to interact with people and also the annotion feature helps us in explaining the project to our client in a better a way.
zoom can be the best application for hosting the webinar fro client side as well as company side.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time zoom audio gets disconnected that can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In zoom workplace one problem we where having for recording that has been solved by the option of auto recording now we can auto record the session on cloud which has been hassle free for us that we can provide the time to time session updates to our students

I really love this app
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing of this app is i can easily schedule my daily meetings with large number of people's under one roof and the video and audio quality were excellent it's made my requirements fulfilled - Easy interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime when the network fluctuation occurs then app failed to take command entered by me and doesn't allow to exit so this needs to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier conducting a meet was a challenge for me as the other apps in market does not provide good audio and video quality after using zoom my that problem got resolved a was easily able to schedule meet with the large number of audience and recording feature made my life easy if someone missed to attend the meet with the help of recording they were able to get the insights
Support and Billing is an absolute nightmare
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is good, but that's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing and support is all outsourced to the Phillipines, response times are terrible, and contact information is gated. The support system is so poorly designed that whoever is in charge of it needs to be let go.
We've tried to downgrade our plan for 4 months, and upon our renewal the 'renewals manager' extended our current contract a month and then went on vacation for a week.
Absolutely infuriating experience.

Zoom Workplace is an excellent collaboration platform that offers a wide range of features to enhance team productivity and communication

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share screens and never let you down. Easy to make calls on your phone

Great idea in theory but the onboarding and support is highly lacking

Meetings, Notes, Whiteboards, phone with auto-attendant with SMS capability

It took nearly 2.5 months to get setup and we have yet to be able to use SMS.
The onboarding and support are highly lacking as they are in the Philipines (so replies are not within the same business day and there's a LOT of time wasted since at times they misunderstand the issue (or ask questions about it even if you'd already provided the information). We've been PAYING for the service for 3 months and still can't use all the features. Companywide (all 18 staff) work has been hindered due to the switch.

Gets the job done with nice features and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitous today. Everyone is comfortable with the tools and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a tendency to require an update at inopportune times that may cause tardiness to meetings. An option to complete an update at a later time would be most useful.

Meetings on the go and easy screen sharing even on mobile devices.
Great All Around Communication Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very powerful application with many features. Its great implementation team walked us through changing out our previous system. For the end user, it is very easy to use and can go from voice to video or chat. It can be multi-platform with Windows, Mac, Chromebook, Android, or iOS, so it is very versatile and fairly consistent across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Administrator the dashboard shows everything but it can be a little intimidating and not that straightforward. We started out using the Polycom phones and had a lot of issues with them. The customer support with Zoom was good but they could not help with the phones and kept referring us to Polycom tech support, which is terrible. They would not help support their own equipment. Since then we have swapped over to Yealink phones and it has been much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As listed above, it has several functions but is used primarily for Video conferencing and VOIP services.

The effecient and convenient Interface of the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app works slow, but I am not sure if it is my internet issue, But this occers once in 1000 times.

It provides a space fro all the participants of a workplace to communicate and progress with their work. It helps me as a bridge with other employess and seniors around and maked connectivity easier and also provides a work enviroment.
