Effortless Meetings and Convenient Screen Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes it simple to host and join meetings, and I also find the screen sharing feature very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses too much memory, which makes screen sharing difficult to use. Additionally, if you just want to quickly share your screen with a friend for a short time, you have to go through the whole process of creating a meeting. It would be much more convenient to have a permanent meeting room that's always open, so you and your friends could join whenever you want without any extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings, sharing your screen, and joining video calls are all simple and intuitive. Each action is easy to perform, making the experience very user-friendly.

I really appreciate Zoom Workplace because it significantly eases communication, offering me the capability to conduct conversations from home or any location without needing to physically meet. The clarity of voices and the good video quality enhance my meeting experience tremendously, making virtual interactions almost as real as face-to-face ones. This platform offers exceptional ease in screen sharing, which simplifies presenting materials and collaborating remotely with others. Additionally, I find the team chat feature indispensable; it allows seamless and interruption-free conversations with multiple people, which is crucial for effective team collaboration. I also value how the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy and better compared to our previous experiences, ensuring a smooth transition. Given all these strengths, I would highly recommend Zoom Workplace, evidenced by my high likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague with a rating of 9 out of 10. I love using Zoom Workplace because it integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, allowing me to add meetings directly. By pressing the extension button, it effortlessly generates a Zoom link, which is an incredible time-saver in my daily scheduling tasks. Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to revisit past meetings by watching videos along with their transcripts and timestamps. This functionality not only makes the software easy to use but also helps me save time and reference important materials I may have forgotten. On the Zoom recordings, if I share my screen, sometimes when looking at the playback, the screen share doesn't always show up in the way that I would like it to.

I have been using Zoom Workplace for more than 3 years, and it has significantly simplified long-distance communication, enabling me to easily share my ideas with people, attend online classes, and enhance my learning. The feature that stands out most for me is the range of backgrounds, which allows me to chat comfortably without worrying about my actual surroundings. Additionally, the noise-canceling feature is great, ensuring a seamless communication experience. I primarily use the Meetings and screen sharing functionalities, which I find very useful for interacting with global clients. The simple and intuitive setup process further adds to the appeal of Zoom Workplace, and I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation to friends or colleagues.

Convenient having meetings, chat, and collaboration tools all in one place, and it’s easy for everyone to use- internal and external users of the companies.

It can get laggy when there are too many things running at the same time.

Solves the problem of having too many separate tools for communication and collaboration. Everything’s integrated now, so it’s easier to stay organized, connect with teammates, and get work done faster without switching between apps.
User-Friendly and Easy Setup, But Occasional Meeting Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to install and set-up. It is user friendly and first time users can navigate it. It is easy to use the same account on both a laptop and your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are unable to connect with someone in a meeting and need to start a fresh meeting to connect. This seems to be glitch that occurs semi regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to connect with help and talent from far away. We have a partner that lives in a different state and he can be present for important meeting in a facw to face kind of way.
