I love how Zoom Workplace is easy to access and facilitates efficient meetings with multiple users. I want to highlight how easy it is to use this platform, as well as the excellent quality of audio and video it offers. I also greatly appreciate the ability to integrate different collaboration tools, such as chat, calendar, and digital whiteboards, all gathered in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is quite solid, although some features, such as collaborative whiteboards or advanced controls, have limitations when used from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problems of scattered communication, low productivity in meetings, and lack of integration between tools. This is beneficial because it allows everything to be centralized on a single platform, saving time and facilitating better collaboration.

I have been using Zoom Workplace for a couple of years. It is an easy and effective way to manage calls and work tasks. Connecting with people and scheduling meetings is simple. The recent updates have made it even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, most aspects are good. However, having an AI-driven feature for automatically generating meeting minutes would be very helpful, as it could improve our workflow and save us time.

Previously, we relied on another product, but with Zoom, we have never encountered any connection issues. It allows us to schedule meetings with a larger number of participants, and sharing screens or documents during calls is straightforward and convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, I find Zoom is normal for me, I just use it when US ASEAN CENTER invited me to join the meeting to announce upcoming new programs.

Nothing, If it doesn't meet my needs many times I will delete it and use another platform to use

The platform makes complicated tasks much easier by automatically scheduling meetings according to everyone's availability, storing shared files in well-organized folders, and enabling teams to break out into separate rooms to work simultaneously without losing track of progress. It also creates summaries of each meeting and assigns to-do lists, ensuring that no one gets overwhelmed by emails and messages.
