Connectivity Issues: Users often experience audio or video disruptions when the internet connection is weak, which can hinder meeting quality [❞] [❞].
Annoying Notifications: Sounds when someone joins late can interrupt presentations, and this notification can't easily be turned off [❞].

Easy to host any kind of event. Better controls for the host and have required features like chat, draw board, rooms, and recording.

Better integration with Slack and outlook is needed. Rescheduling from outlook expires the meeting link sometimes.

Primary tool for communication over voip and video conferencing.

We favor Groups for text talk and the Zoom module for Groups doesn't appear to fill in also. It would be great on the off chance that we can simply utilize everything under one application

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that it is easy to use and reliable during meetings. The screen sharing feature is very useful when reviewing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit drawings. This allows for real-time collaboration between everyone involved. The ability to annotate directly on shared screens further improves team communication, making it easier to discuss project details and provide feedback to participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes, if the files to be shared are very large, such as Revit or Civil 3D 3D models, I can find that communication slows down and part of the idea I want to express to the work team gets lost. The resolution may not be sufficient to review specific details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of collaboration and distance for me, especially when the work teams I work with are on projects and I am in the office. It supports me in meetings by sharing the progress of the project on my screen and reviewing AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit drawings very easily.
