Effectient Virtual Collaboration Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Meeting because of the great user experience. It is easy to use, intuitive ,integrates with everything i need, good support teams, plus the breakout rooms capablity is awesome. It is pretty easy to use and nice support features. And easy to implementation .
What do you dislike about the product?
This software does glitch somethimes which sucks in the middle od a lecture when you miss information. The quality of video somtimes it gets really bad.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I often communicate online, I use Zoom every day. It has become an indispensable part of my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to make creating meeting minutes more efficient, and I think having higher accuracy in transcription and audio recognition would be beneficial. Additionally, the chat function feels a bit awkward to use. It would be great if it could be made smoother for better usability.

Smooth communication brings various benefits, such as preventing complaints and improving sales activities.

Easy to use and integrates easily with Google Calendar as well as with Fireflies.ai.

The mobile version is not as friendly/easy to navigate as the desktop version.

Security issues and technical issues are the main reasons overall everything is good

It saves my time and my money at the same time as I don't have to travel much and I can also conduct large scale meetings very nicely
