I love how Zoom Workplace combines video meetings, team chat, whiteboarding, and document creation into a unified collaboration platform. The AI Companion in Zoom Workplace is incredibly valuable, as it automatically generates meeting summaries, drafts messages and documents, and organizes tasks, leading to higher productivity and clarity on projects. I appreciate its reliable performance and intuitive design, which supports both hybrid and remote work, facilitating cohesive and efficient teamwork. Moreover, I find the AI-driven features of Zoom Workplace, like creating automatic action items and drafting content, save time and keep my work well-organized. The initial setup was painless, with an easy installation process and user-friendly onboarding, making it quick and hassle-free to start using its features. Overall, it’s a robust and reliable all-in-one platform that streamlines my daily work with its great AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is powerful, there are a few areas that could improve. The interface, at times, feels cluttered and new users may have a bit of a learning curve. AI summaries are helpful but occasionally miss small details. Switching between tools like chats, docs and whiteboards could be smoother. Tuning these aspects would make the experience even more seamless.

I use Zoom Workplace to centralize video meetings, chat, whiteboarding, and document creation, boosting communication and productivity. The AI Companion enhances workflow efficiency by summarizing meetings, organizing tasks, and drafting content, greatly reducing tool-switching and integrating seamlessly with other software.

What do you like best about the product?
It has every feature you need for a meeting or webinar as both a facilitator and attendee. The features are intuitive and easy to use. In particular, breakout rooms, transcripts, and live chats are particularly important for a lot of the online events I have attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike - I prefer Zoom over most other virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use across different workplaces that may use "conflicting" platforms (Teams vs. Google Meet). I also attend a lot of webinars and events via Zoom, and things like presentation mode and breakout rooms can make events far more interactive and engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Its seem less latency free video call session together with its easy screen share ability. Clear video and voice quality. Utilizing it daily for external client call.

Nothing so far to dislike. Haven't faced any kind of glitch or issue so far.

We needed an easy to use not so complicated software to host aur client calls without any interruptions.

I find switching between tools to be sometimes scattered, which disrupts the smoothness of using Zoom Workplace. Notifications tend to get excessively noisy, which can be distracting and hinder my productivity. It would be beneficial if the notification settings were more easily accessible and if there was a more seamless workflow process implemented.

Easy to setup. Great video and audio quality. Love the features like recording calls on the cloud for future reference.

The games and activites sometimes lag and could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
It's video call quality and now it's integration with MS outlook and other tools is getting better day by day. Previously it's integration with Microsoft outlook / Teams Calender was not seamless, but now works fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big con, but it uses resources more than expectation. So sometimes it effects the performance of low spec systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying the way to connect with teamwork and so much reliable that you can blindly trust on. It's Video quality is much better that MS Teams what I feel. And Auto AI note summarization is like cherry on the cake.

I like the reactions panel. The fact I can mute and hide my camera.

I don't really dislike anything about zoom workplace. The only issue that I found that was that my zoom on my mobile phone I had a hard time finding the raised hand button but when I found it it was fine.

I usually log on to zoom workplace for my meetings.

The initial setup was incredibly straightforward—just install, sign in, and it's ready to use. I've found it to be a better alternative in terms of stability and features compared to the previous tool we used, Google Meet. Additionally, its compatibility with Google Calendar and Gmail for scheduling and communication integrates well into my workflow.

Sometimes the video quality drops during calls, and I feel the app could be a bit lighter and faster.
