What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I don't care for is that toward the starting it isn't so natural to utilize. This office is taken with involvement, however, once you know how to utilize it is super simple. Something else that I don't care for is the way that the email you get about the advancement of the assignments has almost no data about the errand. I figure I ought to have the name of the task and the dates set for it at any rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Association of task courses of events and individuals' daily agendas. We likewise acquaint greater customers with asana to work with us in the product and they adore it. They have the capacity to be associated with the task and see improvement as we take a shot at it. It reduces email and ensures that tasks are not becoming lost despite a general sense of vigilance. It is additionally, specialized apparatus for administration in the organization to keep progressing private notes and help ourselves to remember essential things on a month to month/week by week premise if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is an incredible instrument regardless of whether simply utilized at a fundamental level. Anyway there is a considerable measure of included advantage from investing energy adapting all the extra highlights that can be utilized and transform it into a great undertaking administration instrument, for example, assignment conditions, repeating errands, sharing errands between various activities and so forth.
Asana is a great project management tool!

I do not like that projects disappear after being completed. I wish there was a way to view the tasks completed in a list view instead of only looking back on a calendar.

I kept track of grant proposal deadlines. I don’t miss any deadlines with the reminders and calendar tools.
User friendly task manager for small and big businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with colleges easily. I love the tag function. It allows to to keep al my projects grouped together while being able to separate them out based on skill and type. It also keeps side conversations related to each task within context and easy to reference later. I also love how customizable the project areas. Creating a layout that suits your work and makes the easiest flow for viewers
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot assign a task to more than one person. Sometimes when people are only followers they don't always get notified of changes. I also think being able to rate a task on progress, showing half done, would be helpful and motivating. The mobile app could use some upgrading. It is not as user friendly or well laid out as the desktop version. And a superficial thing is to have the little celebratory animals more often. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my work for collaborative tasks as well as a way for the entire organization to be aware of what other team members are doing. I think it helps build team unity in the fact that we all see the work going into the organization. And it helps us delegate more efficiently
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a great way for a team to unity over projects, weather that is long distance or just to increase communication and access to expectations within teams. The free trail verses makes it possible for small businesses to trail run it without the cost risk.

Progress reports could be better and show more detailed information that finished task and unfinished. I wish they would improve the mobile APP to be as friendly as the PC version.

I super love Asana for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana when they were still new to the market. Asana makes project management as easy as one to three. The scheduling features and completion are so easy to use. You don't need to be tech savvy to use it in organizing your projects or business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is so perfect for me and I can't find a single flaw on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps you to track project completion, who's working on a certain tasks and what are the challenges to overcome to hit the deadline. Asana saves you time since you can manage all you projects and your team all in one place.

You will never regret if you use this project management tool. It allows you to use list or boards like in Trello.
Looking positively forward to using the program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of the program. I will be utilizing it to help keep my small business organized between all three of our members, only in the future to allow us to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have barely utilized the program, it is still new to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization - We currently use Outlook for the two members - but need to open it up to all of us
Good idea for a shared-project management tool, but the nitty-gritty of the design needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clear and it was very user-friendly to use. I also liked the various encouragements it gives out everytime you completed a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many people already have their own ways of managing their projects, and it was very difficult to make everyone forego what already works for them to all use the same interface. Also, for projects that are less clear-cut in nature, Asana was not able to accommodate the ambiguity and ever-changing tasks and deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Program design, management, and delivery. I think Asana was good at letting others know what you're working on, granted that others are also using this platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need to have the senior management be completely onboard, and give time for people to switch.
Easy online task manager and planner.
What do you like best about the product?
I use asana daily. I write down all the tasks I need to do and love how I can set it to be a reoccurring task so I never forget. I also love how others can join in for group projects and can assign tasks etc. I have many group assignments and it's wonderful how everything- all communication- can be in one spot. Nothing really falls through the cracks and makes it really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn’t been anything as of yet that I have not liked. I haven't had any issues arise or anything that would make getting my work done harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving the chance of forgetting to do the little things. There are a lot of little things that go into my job and a lot of small tasks- so Asana helps keep track of all of that. Also, I’m solving the issue of being able to collaborate with others who don’t work in the same office as you. Around sixty percent of my work is a collaboration with someone else who doe does not work in my office. So, Asana creates the atmosphere online like we do work together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will never regret signing up with Asana. If you struggle with learning new databases and programs- Asana is very easy to use and there are tutorials to teach you if you still struggle.
Great collaborative "task management" solution
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great to perform "micromanagement" with a group of people working under same projects. The setup is quick as it doesn't require a bunch of configurations such as other more complex project management solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool for task management but it keeps short to manage a project or product roadmap as the main "object" to introduce and manage through the platform are "tasks" that can only have a due date but no duration at all. It's also lacking some agile concepts for priorization as "size".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's working good for "micromanage" simple tasks of a group of more than 3 people that can get messed, missing things to do, deadlines. Allowing the team to meet important deadlines or arrange important tasks to perform to accomplish a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a task management solution for a group of people between 3 and 10 people this is a right choice. However, If you think of Asana as a Product Management tool, discard the idea as you will be missing lot of elements that are necessary to perform a proper product management.
