I LOVE ASANA
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is super easy to navigate around, has great organizing tools and is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could link the calendar with the tasks due WITH the description/content within the item. It would be cool if it updated in both my email calendar as i updated asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us make sure we finish tasks in a timely manner with the right information. It's great to be able to brain dump a bunch of information and organize easily!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean design of how the interface looks
What do you dislike about the product?
I've started using several times, but it seemed too complex for it stick in our org. However, I've seen some improvements, like the format of cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it. But when we had, we were using it to manage projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a useful software, but you will have to have time to learn the interface. I do believe it will just continue to get better, since they've seem to continue making improvements to their software. We were able to do some integrating with other softwares, so it does the ability to be very robust, but we didn't keep at it enough to really see it's potential.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the "trello board" functionality, it allows me to put timelines and block off different tasks for different products that I work on since I'm in the UX field. Also, whenever I accomplish something, the unicorn whale is PERFECTION. it makes me feel like I've accomplished so much! The list functionality is wonderful for other personal tasks that I have. I have multiple different lists of things from things I want to accomplish with my portfolio to my yoga resume to start teaching, this allows me to dig deep into what I want to get done and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I missed this, but I would love to set deadlines for myself in ASANA. Also, put a calendar up and be able to transfer it to my personal calendar. Or have my email calendar from outlook and google integrate with asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems, honestly, just the fact that this keeps my thoughts organized and my tasks organized is purpose enough. It's a huge benefit to my lifestyle due to the amount that I think during the day. It's easy to just think of something and type it in to come back to later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it out! It keeps all thoughts (personal and business) organized. I haven't tried working with teams with ASANA due to the fact that my company doesn't use it. But I've recommended it to my company multiple times! :)

Ease of moving around the platform and different ways to organize different projects, collaboration potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet--I'm really pleased with my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and collaboration among individuals who do not all sit together. It's easy for me to work with my boss on projects, remind myself to ask questions, and for other team members to assign tasks to me.

Give it a shot - Asana is a great tool for connecting and organizing teams.

It's aesthetically pleasing and customisable, making it easy to manage all the tasks and subtasks within a project easily.

It was recommended to me by an online business manager as a way to delegate tasks to virtual team members which I had no idea would be possible as a self-employed person working from home.

Try it and see - I am delighted with it, no complaints at all.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to add new projects, tasks, sections, users, etc.

The font is small, and the list of tasks can be overwhelming.

makes it easy to assign tasks and stay on track with your teammates. also makes it easy for many teams to collaborate cross-functionally.

nothing! I actually like everything about this platform.

project management, task management cross-functionally. this tool has made it really easy for us all to stay organized and on-track with deadlines.
Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
That not only can i assign myself tasks as well as my boss, but i can see task notes for shared team projects so virtually we are all on the same page in the process of completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reoccurring event setting is not my favorite, its set by dates when i would prefer a 2 week, monthly repeats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it really keeps everyone on the team in the loop on real time status updates. I can communicate with my boss and enter it specifically to the task keeping all notes organized together.
Using Asana to manage admin's work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to email back and forth with my admin assistant. I can put the tasks on Asana and she can check them off. I can also assign parts of tasks to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I cannot think of anything. So far it meets all the requirements we need

It solves a project management issue. I like that I can keep all of the items in one place and then follow up. I don't have to email each time.

I would recommend this if you manage employees and need a way to manage and track tasks and their completion.
