What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way to get teams out of their inboxes for project management. I like the transparency aspect a lot, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load speed has recently improved, but for a long time it was could be slow to load / respond. It can get messy quickly if you don't keep it organized as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparent, cross team project management out of your email inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend -- they have great templates set up to check out for suggestions on how to manage your products.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes communication for colleagues and clients

There's not much I dislike for now. I don't have any issues off the top of my head

It makes messaging and planning tasks easier

IG you want a free and easy way of working with others on projects and communicating without issues or confusion, this is a great option

I love using Asana for task management; mostly personal tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as scrum based as Jira, but that's sort of okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for visual management of projects from a high level.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly asana is. I can use it for more than one company and easily flip back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find my to-dos if I haven't organized them by project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is working as a team and being able to see what's been done without having to follow-up directly with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using asana for almost 4 years now. I love that you can categorize tasks, give due dates, and assign tasks to others on your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to view past tasks completed, but for the most part there isn't much that I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely think Asana streamlines projects and communication. It allows me to make sure nothing slips through the cracks or gets forgotten.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy digital way to keep track of all your tasks, I would definitely recommend Asana. It's easy, user friendly and I love that you can set specific due dates for various tasks.

Keeps Me Organized and On Task

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use; I use it for all of my work tasks. I personally don't use it to collaborate on projects. It's where I store and manage all of my tasks so I can prioritize and move stuff around as I see fit. I also use the recurrence feature so I don't have to keep adding items to my calendar every so often; it's automatic. The unicorn that pops up when you check off tasks and projects is fun, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who aren't technologically savvy, it can be a bit difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and planning. The adoption rate is low, so I'm not sure what benefits the company is getting out of the software. The success depends on everyone on a team using it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get buy-in from the whole company and/or that teams are enforced to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very user friendly. You can manage multiple projects, assign work to yourself and team membership, manage a timeline, check off tasks as they are completed, etc. It's very handy for extensive projects with a lot of moving parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes awhile to adjust to navigating between project/personal and team modes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier for everyone on the team to immediately know when a task is completed and what needs to be done. Notes can be made within Asana so it helps to streamline communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's user interface is very easy to navigate and the structure is very flexible to use with many different types of use cases from Project/task management to overall organization of content. I prefer the board view and like being able to assign due dates and get reminders. Being able to collaborate and invite others into my organization or to specific projects is very productive vs. working via email, etc.. An excellent tool for a start-up entrepreneur/team and can scale to enterprise-wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more Asana-supported integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This currently meets my operational / organizational needs.
