Es tremendamente útil
What do you like best about the product?
Creo que es un gestor de proyectos muy útil, porque te concentra en lo importante.. Puedes planificar tareas con fecha, hora y demás.. así como ponerlas simplemente para "más adelante", eso te hacer ahorrar tiempo en volver a poner las fechas de las actividades.

La app del telefono debería ser mejor, pues ahí se podría tener unas mejores notificación y gestión de todo

Coordinar al equipo disperso y trabajar bajo objetivos... además de hacer seguimiento de todo lo que sucede.

I love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create tasks and subtasks with due dates and priority "thumbs up".
What do you dislike about the product?
Just saw the new ability to add a start date, bummer it's only for premium users!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to organize not only projects, but tasks, subtasks and due dates. Makes keeping organized and priorities much easier!

Great for teams and individuals needing to organize their busy to-do lists!

I like that you can delegate tasks and also leave comments as to what details need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't assign a task to more than one person or at least create a queue where people get the task once someone else completes their portion.

Assigning tasks and due dates is really helpful when the whole team works remotely.

It's free, so give it a try. It is a helpful tool, it is just limited.

Easy. Can start threads, can keep up with communication much more efficiently.

sometimes I still have to read through a lot of information.

Notification alerts were not going through at first.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can assign tasks to other members of my team and that we can leave comments for one another. There is no need for extra communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have enjoyed all the features of this program and haven't found anything I don't like yet.

We are solving team efficiency and the need to decrease communications when working on projects together

Overall my experience has been that I can use this for many different kinds of tasks.

The email notifications cannot be replied to the task. It would be more useful if I could make comment straight from email

Organizing marketing and design tasks. Seeing everyones work load has been a benefit.

I love that I can see all of my tasks for a specific category in one streamlined screen and that I always know when my team mates are done.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has so many moving parts and pieces, we have a ton of projects going at once and this is the easiest way for us to assign work to one another and know when its been completed or know the next steps.

I think it does a great job letting e know when certain tasks are due and I'm always organized

I wish there was a way for people to see that I'm working on a project and maybe warn them that I have a few project due at that time before they send me a task

I feel like there are too many screens sometimes.

It makes sharing project details a breeze
Asana makes Project Management easy for non-tech-savvy users
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access is great especially on mobile. Even my older users who are not tech savvy love the program and their ability to see the day's tasks at a glance and complete tasks as they go. Email notifications make it easy for me to see what is being accomplished on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud services are sometimes unavailable and I have difficulty uploading large attachments to tasks. Photo thumbnails seem to pick and choose when they show up vs when they appear as a hyperlink to the photo. Ability to edit team members (names, access to certain subtasks, email notifications to them vs the project creator/owner only, etc) would be nice, maybe this is something available with premium membership that I am not aware of. Would also like to see a more responsive calendar section that is not tied directly to a task list, and an option to email notify of upcoming events/tasks based on parameters set when making a calendar entry.

Ease of access for use in the field on mobile devices has been greatly helpful.
