A productive way to write down all the things
What do you like best about the product?
I love the boards! The ability to be uber-organized is exactly what I need to keep my business on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all of the notifications are overwhelming ... but that just may be my inability to schedule properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a ton of ideas and Asana helps me get them down quickly without completely taking time on my workflow to work on them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of this software. Whenever we onboard non tech savvy clients, I am so thankful that Asana is simple and straightforward, it doesn't take too long for our clients to adapt to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't assign one task to multiple people. There are certain tasks that would need collaboration and I really prefer if there's a way for Asana to make it happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of casual or ad hoc tasks from different clients. Because of Asana, we're now able to have a better visibility on every team member's workload plus all client tasks in the pipeline. This has become an interactive gantt chart for the entire team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Kudos to Asana for introducing a new feature yesterday RE start date. As for another feature, I'd really want Asana team to find a way to enable us users to assign one task to multiple people.
Great small business accounting suite
What do you like best about the product?
web access; desktop app; customizable reports
What do you dislike about the product?
glitches throughout the system; refund receipts are queued in the "print checks" list even if credit card or other form or payment is selected; recurring transactions don't recall the Bill # so it's blank every time the bill populates. We have 100s of memorized transactions posting every month so filling in the bill # each month for each bill is a real pain. QB has known about this problem for years as I have reported it many times and still has not fixed it.

Use QB only if you have accounting knowledge; otherwise, your books will be a mess.
Asana for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We have a large team that work together virtually. It is easy to track and monitor everyone's work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managent. We don't duplicate work anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to be committed to update Asana daily to keep track of all you projects.
Great collaboration software for distance workers
What do you like best about the product?
I think the number one feature I love is that I can add tasks to the system via email. I use Infusionsoft to manage all aspects of my business, lead gen/sales and operations. I love that I can have tasks added to my remote workers' "ToDo" lists automatically, as a person moves through my fulfillment pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tasks can't be scheduled to show up at a time in the future. Sometimes, when doing web management for clients, they want something added for a short period of time (a sale, for example), and I'd like to be able to schedule both the "add content' and 'remove content' tasks at the same time instead of having to calendar the removal and then manually add at that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit for me is task management for my remote workers. I have people on several continents that do work for me and keeping track of everything was quite cumbersome. With Asana, I can keep all the tasks for every one in one simple location.

Great ease of use, templates are well designed and the UI just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive buying all of those additional credits.

Asana Keeps your team on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
I've always enjoyed Asana's simple interface, and flexibility. This includes the ability to have subtasks under the main tasks, re-arrange tasks in the task list, inline categories, post comments, and the integration with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the recent addition of the Kanban view, which makes it somewhat similar to trello but it doesn't quite match the other product's features. It is a trade off to choose the kanban view when I create a new project, and it appears to me that I'm locked in once I choose. It would be nice to be able to change views on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana's integration with Slack ties it closely with a tool that we've already used quite heavily. It is also very simple to print off task lists, task information, etc., in order to share the information with co-workers.

I would map out what projects you need before setting up Asana.
Excellent for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Task management for employees which allows me as a manager to keep track of tasks and timely completion. It especially helps with remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This product is extremely helpful especially because of the cost and benefit for my workers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of tasks, workflows, timely completion and reporting of tasks. Reporting to management is built in.
Easy-to-use plug-n-play website creator with nice interface
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and themes that are pre-built are great tools to guide you in starting with Square Space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lack of customizability wastes time as you can start with one template and get to work before having to start over and pick a new one that does what you need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating cheap, quick websites for clients is a huge perk to add to my freelance repertoire.
Your digital to-do list that follows you everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create a task, assign it to someone, give it a deadline, attach all related docs, and it's all in the same place. No need to use an external calendar, a cloud service for the docs, or a messaging platform to let someone know about it. It's all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that deleted tasks are permanently deleted after a short amount of time. At least on the free subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a separate workspace for each client I work with and keep all of our upcoming tasks organized and in one place.
