What do you like best about the product?
I like the task management set up. Easy to use and helps me meet deadlines

Clicks are very sensitive. If I click a line, it opens a new task

Project management - asana makes it easy to assign tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend other large companies and student groups to use Asana. It's very affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Is the best, mostly because its so easy to use, and so intuitive, the best UX, and very productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe because i'm living in a 3rd world country, but sometimes its slow, and it freeze, beside that the tool is the best, i would recommend improve the load time of a desktop app, its a little slow!...

i start to use with a corporate client in a consulting job, since that day i'm use it, and i improve my organization capacities!...

use it with a good internet connection, and a good desktop computer
Favorite Electronic Post-It Tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has literally saved my life at work. My team is so much more organized and meeting deadlines because of this tool. I like the way you can create tasks, with due dates and assign subtasks to members on your team. I like that you can add detailed notes plus attachments (from Google Drive even!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more customizable calendar view. We like to view our content tasks all together, but not with the other tasks. It would be nice to be able to separate them out.

Time management, efficiency, teamwork and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a project management tool, this is it! This will help your team stay on task - and is even more helpful if you don't all work physically together every day. It's a great way to communicate about joint projects.

It;s a bit confuse to use. Sometimes you can't see the updates right away

It is very useful, in our case, the software it wasn;t the problem. I would love to use it again.
You can share and review all the work of your team. It is perfect for big organizations or people busy to have meetings continuously

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get multiple people into one page of communication. Less hassle then phone or email with an easy to follow discussion thread.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application is slightly glitchy despite constant updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to communicate and share multiple threads. I also like having a watercooler thread as well that builds a fun work culture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why not? The onboarding is the hardest to convince your whole team to use it, but make it fun and help people dive in.

I've been using Asana for quite some time now and really find it to be a valuable tool.

I don't really have much to say about anything that I dislike about Asana.

Organization, keeping track of progress of projects.
Effective Organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me keep the important things in front of me, and keeps me focused. It is very useful for small businesses to keep things together. I like the way you can link documents into the to dos. Keeps everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to choose the boards or the to do list organization from the start. It would be nice if you could experiment with one or the other, but that functionality is not there at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to keep my numerous projects moving. It has helped me be much more organized than I would otherwise be. I have many projects in different areas and I can keep them all under the same roof with Asana.

Look online for tutorials and think from an administrative level about how you will organize the use of Asana before you start.
Not for new startups and small teams
What do you like best about the product?
It shows a roadmap of tasks and manages teams efficiently. The more things and people you add to it the more complex and overbearing it gets. It may be better to have everyone manage their own tasks separately in a system like Trello. There less of a learning curve there. Plus, if you're a small team or a startup with a budget, Asana is too big for you. This is for larger teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't the right fit for our company, but I could see benefit. When it first came out, productivity software was fairly new and it was trying real hard but lacking in actually brining organization and increased productivity to our team. Too many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, task management, team accountability. All work in Asana if you work at each of them. Asana doesn't work unless you do. Just be sure the software matches your company needs.

Good for sharing information and managing projects amongst team

Not intuitive or easy to use. It seem to be lacking options.

This app was my intro to project management, and it was amazing how easy it was to share and manage projects amongst colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other, better apps out there. Use that instead.
