What do you like best about the product?
It’s usage style is close to most of the popular softwares we use in daily life
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is like note app, bad feedback in terms of submit actions.

Cannot track interim progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development task management and progress tracking.

No specific benefits as such. Would use redmine anyday

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily keep track of all my projects through a simple interface that allows me to set progress indicators and comments
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not really sure what I dislike, maybe I need to try other products to find something they have that Asana does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never miss an assignment if it's on Asana

This is much better than any other task management software that I've used

There is a learning curve when onboarding. A lot of short keys needed to use effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to communicate with clients easily and in real time. I'm not available 24/7 but they are reassured by having Asana available to them at all times. It gives us the ability to hear their requests all the time without clogging up our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can become a bit much but I've fixed that in our settings :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is our customer service and communication tool. It keeps us on track and helps us to keep our priorities straight. We also don't miss things anymore because an email got lost in our inbox. Everything stays in Asana right where we want it to be.

I dislike the inbox function in ASANA - it clogs up my workflow

What do you like best about the product?
What asana understands better than any other task management platform is that notes turn into tasks and vice-versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability to designate that some deadlines are more important than others.

I love being able to blend taking meeting notes and assigning tasks in one go.

What do you like best about the product?
The time line based tracking system of asana is best. ASANA is very easy to you and video are helpful to understand the usage of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
There is should be a method to switch the view, from timeline to normal and vice versa
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are recruitment/staffing firm. We are using ASANA for tracking the candidates life cycle from interview to getting placed and such other stuffs
