Difficulties of Usage of Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fast program. Easy to add fields and details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, there is no Turkish language support in the application. Additionally, multi-language usage is quite problematic. For example, our team consists of Turkish, Russian, and English speakers. Each user tried to use their own language. However, a strange chaos appeared on the panels. Each project displayed information in English, Turkish, and Russian, which made the system unusable. When Russian users selected 'Priority' in Russian, English users saw the 'Priority' in Russian and couldn't understand them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provided a solution to tasks and projects getting lost due to our heavy workload and helped address time management issues.

Poor experience with over billing - GO month to month if you use Asana vrs. being locked in.
What do you like best about the product?
Depth of outside independent support available. Also, hiring new staff has used Asana more than most other project management software in the past. They offer a month-to-month pay option, so you don't have to get locked in when you decide to move to a different service.
What do you dislike about the product?
In month four billing, Asana auto-added a user to our account and billed us for them. Since they added someone who has not worked here in over a year, we ask them to remove this and issue a credit since it is clearly an error. Asana refused and cited their lengthy legal user agreement vs. Doing right by the customer and just issuing that single credit. Unfortunately, we wasted about three months with their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was allowing group colabration on projects and a quick view of the status of a project.

Very easy to use and good resources to learn some new things, is also easy to .

No customer support contact phone number for help.

Finsing efficiancies with tasks, and projects. Is also helping us cut doewn on emails.

Asana is a great tool for any team big or small. Also great for individuals managing several projects.

Could have some more customization features

Asana has been wonderful for handling multiple projects with task assigned to multiple team and information spead across multiple programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first start using Asana it does have a learning curve however the Asana team have multiple training and resources that help with learning and onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I am able to manage multiple projects that have task assigned to multiple people on different teams. I can manage due dates better.
Best tool for digital decluttering
What do you like best about the product?
All my tasks are in one place, I can create personal to-do lists plus I can collaborate with others on projects. Its customizable but not complicated. Very intuitive interface

default setting is to view all tasks even completed tasks, so an extra step to filter fro only the tasks that are not completed

Asana is a great tool to mangage your Program and Projects with a lot of features.

To start with is a bit overweling, but if you get use to it all make sense.

I like how easy it is for users inside and outside the company to collaborate within a project thanks to detail user account controls
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can spiral out of control somewhat when lots of people are working on them. It's hard to blame Asana for this, but it seems to happen more with Asana than other project management solutions I've worked with.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very quick and easy to start to use and is familiar in design to other similar platforms. As a result I can get started very quickly and easily. It will help me organise my work and collaborate in a team effectively.

By default there are a LOT of email notifications.
