Keeps Our Projects on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for keeping projects organized and tracking team tasks. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the notifications make sure nothing gets forgotten. I really like the subtasks and dependencies feature — it helps a lot with prioritizing and meeting deadlines. The integrations with Google Drive and Slack also make the daily workflow much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Asana can feel a bit overwhelming when managing multiple large projects at once. There are many features, and it can take time for new users to learn how to use them effectively. Also, the mobile app is less fluid than the desktop version, especially when editing or reorganizing tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of multiple projects and deadlines in one place. It makes collaboration easier by allowing everyone on the team to see who’s responsible for what and when. Before using Asana, tasks were often lost in emails or chats — now everything is centralized and transparent. This has improved productivity, accountability, and communication across the team.

What I find most helpful are the visual boards and timelines, which make it easy to track progress. It's excellent for collaboration and helps ensure every project stays on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing several travel campaigns simultaneously can become challenging. The constant stream of notifications tends to accumulate, making it difficult to concentrate on the most important tasks.

Asana helps me keep travel bookings, marketing tasks, and team coordination organized in a single platform. It ensures everything stays on track, enhances communication, and saves time by minimizing confusion and preventing missed deadlines.
Easy to Learn and Integrate, but Templates Need More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to learn and integrate into your team quickly. Well rounded features and capability for the most typical processes and daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates should be improved to allow modification especially for new product development, also so you can create stages exactly from an existing template.

Great Workflow, Want even more Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the workflow features on Asana, and the ability to connect projects to goals. It's helpful to have many different options for connecting my team to different initiatives. Overall it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit expensive for my team. I wish there was an affordable option for up to ten people. More importantly, I wish I could customize the workflow features even more by referencing specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team on track with our goals, connecting our work, and helping us to keep track of all of the different moving parts of our business. I like being able to have all of our work in one place so that I can get a good overview of the business health as a whole. Asana helps me to make sure tiny but important tasks don't slip through the cracks.

Nice to keep track of personal projects or tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to re-assign tasks easily. Not the easiest when there are a lot of different tasks involved in a workflow. Microsoft has a similar product which has reduced my need for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of keeping all my emails unread, I can add tasks into a project board.

Dependencies make it easy to visualize how a single delay affects the overall timeline, ensuring no step is overlooked. The ability to toggle between List, Board, Timeline, and Calendar views allows me to plan strategically while my team manages their individual tasks in whichever format suits them best.
The My Tasks dashboard is my daily command center. It provides a clear breakdown of what's due today, what's upcoming, and what's waiting on others. I love that recurring tasks automatically populate (like weekly reporting or social post scheduling), which keeps routine workflows seamless. Custom fields also help us track campaign stages, asset types, and content approvals—no more guessing where things stand.

Makes Team Organization Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Asana keeps all my stuffs organize. It’s super easy to see who doing what and what’s left. The layout looks clean and simple to understand even if you not that tech savy. I like how I can add deadlines, subtasks and small notes all together. It honestly help me and my team stay on same page without so much confusion or messages everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels kinda heavy, like too much things on screen and I get lost. The notifcations comes too often and gets little annoying. Also few things takes extra clicks to do which feels waste of time. It’s overall really good but ya, bit too much sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep all my work in one place instead of random notes or messages everywhere. Before using it, I used to forget tasks or mix up deadlines all the time. Now I can see what’s due, who’s doing what, and what’s already done. It also helps my team work together without needing to message each other for every small thing. Everyone just updates their tasks and we all stay in sync. It really saves time and keeps me more focus and less stressed about forgetting something important.
