What do you like best about the product?
How easily it helps us to assign and manage our daily team project taks, we can keep a track of the completed as well incomplete to do list, and this helps us to maintain our work efficiency. Even if you working with a client, it easily helps us to collaborate and work as a team on the project.

You don't need to manually keep a track of the project tasks, as it gives you all the details of incomplete, overdue or completed tasks, so you don't mismanage your work on the project.

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers a wide range of features, which is why I often refer to it as an "everything app." It allows you to collaborate with others, manage workflows, assign tasks and workloads, monitor progress, track approvals, and so much more. Asana offers a ton of native integrations as well. Very easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many software applications, certain features are hidden behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana serves as our main project and task management tool. We use it across all teams (HR, Finance, Technology, Project Management, etc.) It increases transparency, allows us to plan our pipeline and accurately track deadlines.

Asana is great for project management. It reminds me a lot of what Trello was, but it has more of a corporate feel. I love that there's so many intergrations with Slack and other software to keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's so many ways to view projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highly Customizable and Collaborative, But Expect a Learning Curve

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is to a variety of projects and tasks. The dependencies and team collaboration tools are great at tasking out complex projects and keeping everyone informed and on schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant learning curve when you first start. However, this onboarding training should help demystify how Asana works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my manager to view the status on projects without needing to have a meeting or one-on-one conversation. Planning projects and ensuring all steps are completed, all documentation is submitted, and all deadlines are met by utilizing Asana's tools is invaluable.

I really appreciate how user-friendly Asana is. Learning to use it was quick and straightforward, which is a big plus because it saves us from needing any formal training sessions, making the initial setup a breeze. This ease of use is particularly beneficial when onboarding new team members, as they can start using the platform without any hassle—it's truly plug-and-play friendly. I find the quick and easy setup invaluable for my organization, streamlining our processes effectively. On top of that, I think the functionality of Asana is perfect, meeting all my productivity needs flawlessly. My preference for the app over the web version shows just how well the application performs for me. I'm so satisfied with Asana that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague a solid 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is that when I open Asana tasks via email, it doesn't open in the app. I prefer using the app over the web version.

Optimized Project Management with Asana

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Asana offers a very good project management system, which is known for its privacy. The presence of templates makes setting up projects straightforward, enabling me to understand project management better, especially given my different work scopes. The ease of setup is further facilitated by Asana's compatibility with chat programs like Jitsi, allowing seamless collaboration on tasks. I find being able to lay out detailed data plans and being guided properly through different deadlines and target end dates particularly beneficial. Asana fits well with my role as an assistant and a manager, helping my projects stay on track and allowing task assignment without direct intrusion. The ability to keep track of deadlines through timely reminders is another feature I really like. Integration with chat tools further enhances the detailing and explanation of tasks, underscoring how well Asana collaborates with different workflows. It's a product I would continue to purchase because it facilitates smooth team collaboration, assignment, and tracking of tasks effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of a voice note or podcast feature in Asana problematic because it would allow me to provide verbal side notes on projects and discuss them more effectively. Having this feature could help me capture my thoughts and progress verbally, which is sometimes more intuitive than writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Asana organizes my detailed plans, keeps track of deadlines, and allows seamless task delegation, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
