Easy Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Asana's ability to facilitate collaboration among team members through its Projects feature, which enhances visibility into completed and pending tasks, making team coordination seamless. I enjoy the platform's simplicity and ease of use, with a user-friendly interface that doesn't overwhelm me with too many options. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward, and I found it very easy to get started without any hassle. Overall, Asana's design gets the job done efficiently and intuitively, fostering a productive work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would benefit from a better Salesforce integration, as syncing opportunities with Salesforce records or having notes visible on both Asana and Salesforce is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for organizing tasks and collaboration, which helps keep track of opportunities, tasks, and meetings, providing visibility on project progress. It's easy and simple to use, enhancing team collaboration effectively.

Difficult to identify much, I'm a big fan!

Ability to create quickly a simple gantt chart and share/publish with the organisation

What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping my thoughts, to do, and projects organised. Great that you can tag and add multiple labels to tasks, assign them to team members, set reminders etc. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please add text colour! Writing in only black font has it's limitations when you want to highlight or draw attention to something important. Colour and highlighting would be a massive help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple areas and responsibilities, and Asana helps me keep track of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Asana's navigation options, which make it easy for me to check on my projects efficiently. Being able to navigate tasks and check on statuses is incredibly useful for managing my work. I also appreciate that I recently discovered I can set goals within Asana, adding an extra layer of functionality that I find quite exciting and cool. Overall, the ability to go back to my previous tickets has been quite helpful for my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us stay on top of our tasks, makes sure everything gets done with easy-to-follow checklists, and the templates make setting up new jobs super simple. I also love that all the info we need to complete a task is right there in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basics of Asana are fairly straightforward, but mastering subtasks, dependencies, custom fields, and automation takes time and effort. Especially when there are changes or upgrades made
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having all the info we need to complete a task right there in one place. It's easy to access and does not require navigating between different platforms to complete a required tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is straightforward to use, streamlines our project management and makes it simple for us to collaborate both within our agency and with external clients. The API allows us to easily integrate with other systems and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Workflow Bundles are not available on the Advanced plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining project management both within the agency and in collaboration with clients.

Customizable Task Management with Great Collaboration, Needs Better Daily View

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of how to organize and arrange tasks. I like that you can collaborate with a team and assign tasks, add priority level, and I love the description feature where I can add any details or hyperlinks affiliated with the task. I also love that it can help to track all of the things you've accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display of tasks can get a little word heavy at times. I like that you can hide completed tasks and that you can view upcoming tasks, but I wish there was a way to view tasks that are due today. Or "due to this week" to help me better plan my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to keep track of to-dos and categorize them in a way that makes sense. Also a place to collaborate with my team on who's doing what and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Asana is how easy and straightforward it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike is that tasks do not have ticket numbers assigned to them. This makes it challenging to locate a specific task when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana addresses the challenge of project collaboration. When a team of five people is working on a project, each member is assigned their tasks within Asana, which helps everyone clearly understand their responsibilities. Additionally, the platform offers a priority feature, allowing users to check the priority of any task and plan their workflow in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that all of my workplace functions can me compiled and reviewed in a single place. It makes managing projects a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The best part is also the scariest part, which is that there are so many functions it may feel imposing to start using. But with requisite trainings, the process is made much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of communication while completing a project with a team that is on different shifts, possible different locations, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
A good place to track personal tasks. A decent place to track team tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user intuitive. Not enough features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not solving any problems, but it's preventing some... being able to see team tasks and deadlines is helpful, helps keep us on track.
