Love Asana as it makes sharing easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all documents, policies etc in one place so external people can acess them easily.

Asana keeps our work moving forward
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Asana for the past year or so to keep our team of 5 organized and accountable. By seeing everyone's work in one place we're able to balance capacity and see dependabilities front and center.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing we like least is the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team to solve the problem of our team not working in a physical location together. We are able to stay connected virtually so that our team can maintain their autonomy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and flexibility of Asana, which caters to individual users' personal ways of working and organising their own tasks, while working together towards shared goals. The ability to access Asan via browser, desktop and app means it's always there when I need it.

There is really nothing I dislike about Asana!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed our company to effectively manage projects, allowing us to allocate, collaborate and approve tasks, set to timelines for each project. It allows management to track individual workload and efficiency, and also allows individuals to manage their own team and personal tasks in one place.

Clearly communicate expectations and progress on projects whether your team is in the same building or in multiple time zones.

The only limitation is your team's willingness to invest the time and energy in learning how to use Asana and committing to it.

Grant planning & tracking, strategic plan rollout & tracking, operations & financial task management, program scale up planning and tracking, project management, organization-wide library of resources
Asana is great for entreprenuers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with clients between meetings, create and follow agendas within meetings, create action items, and maintain accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve to get the team synced and to create our working rhythm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thh biggest problem we were having was collecting and sharing information. Now, with Asana, we are able to share information and solutions and communicate it with our teams without having to use multiple products or email.
Excellent for managing multiple projects as an independent contractor
What do you like best about the product?
I am an independent contractor. I use Asana on my own to manage projects and tasks across different clients. I love that I can track all tasks in one place. If I ever have any questions, they are usually answered thoroughly on the Asana site.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. I use the free version so I can't use the Rules feature, which would make my life just a little easier. I could input tasks slightly faster if I used Rules. But, a paid version is not worth it to me because I use it alone.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a marketing consultant with different due dates for each client, and Asana helps me keep track of everything. I love when my clients use Asana as well and usually recommend it to them if they're not already using it. It helps us all stay on the same page so we know what needs to be done, when, and by whom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only available with a paid subscription, which makes sense-but it can be confusing to toggle between different accounts with different features.

It's great for organizing projects and tasks.
The BEST for team organization
What do you like best about the product?
You can organize a variety of different tasks into different projects, jobs and categories. The tags feature is also effective in color-coding different genres of a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are difficult to find/use like having to press Ctrl+T to add a tag to a task. And when assigning a task to someone else, if it's not in a shared project, you lose easy access to viewing that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with non-profits, I am often assigned minor tasks at any point throughout the day. As assigned, I add each task (big and small) to my tasks so I don't forget them. I also run a freelance company and found that Asana holds me accountable in completing tasks in a timely manner.

Certain advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which could be limiting for smaller teams.

Asana has taken the stress out of managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines. It’s helped me keep everything organized and streamlined, while simplifying team collaboration and cutting down on endless emails.

It is so helpful for my work flow and the ability to track work when multiple people are involved within any task.
