asana helped me to stay organized and on time
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay on time and organized by clearly tracking tasks and deadlines in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can get cluttered and overwhelming when there are too many tasks and projects to manage at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep projects on schedule and organized, making it easier to track progress, delegate tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Asana has changed the way our organziation collaborates as a team!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, understand, and, most importantly, to teach. No one likes change, but no one likes to live in 'email purgatory' as an organizational strategy, either. We went from apprehension to adherence in a few short weeks, which has led our team to solve issues by asking, 'How can Asana help us do this?'!
The free version is robust and easy to use. Still, as we continue to grow and rely on Asana daily, we are about to upgrade to add features that benefit our team's organizational goals.
Asana is the best thing that has happened to our office workflow and accountability structure in a long time. I highly recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect but we haven't found any major flaws with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and deadlines are the initial and major issues that Asana has solved for our team. As we learn more we are continuing to integrate Asana more and more.

Excellent visibility for implementing EOS for our team. Asana is easy to use and easy to get started. Asana integrates well with other tools and we use it every day.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Asana.

The interface is easy to navigate and super easy to learn.

There are not that many downsides as it has developed to execute tasks.

It is easy to delegate tasks and follow up the statuses with different teams accross the organization.
Getting Started with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy that everything is in one place and everyone is able to view even from different teams while also communicating with one another. Essence & Vanina made everything very easy to understand and took her time while we followed along in asana itself. 1000/10 will be registering for another live training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Everything is exactly what oue company is looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication among all the different teams we have. Creating deadlines and assigning tasks to our team. Accountability as well is super important and we are able to use that here.
Asana is great for teams or independent work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana in several companies and always appreciated how collaborative the software is. I love the timestamped notes as well as the customizable nature of the projects.

I don't know that I have ran into a feature of Asana that I do not like.

Task completion and overall project management.
Great program for project management and event planning

I like that Asana has projects that you can set up and put together as well as being able to add your own random tasks

Sometimes the rules feature is a bit tricky to use and I usually end up taking all the rules out of my projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to solve the problem of organization and keeping track of everything going on. We are much more organized and functional with asana, things get done on time/ahead of time and we are always prepared for our events.
We love it!

Asana makes it easy to add tasks on the go, manage deadlines, track team progress, and keep up with your own priorities. It eliminates so many unnecessary emails between me and my teams. I can just assign them a task, add details and a due date, and I'm done!

At times, the user interface can be difficult to look at

Asana: Highly recommended for extreme project organization
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly project templates, easy to implement across my teams, easy to share for approvals and project status updates. It's the one app I have open and use all day, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has it's quirks, just like any app; however, Asana is great about adding new features and fixing bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual organization of tasks and workflows. Tasks dependencies for complex problems. Owner assignment for a clear plan for who is responsible for what.
Great tool for managing all tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
If you need a task management tool, this is a great one. Everything in one place, and broken out to different projects you are working on in one view. You can share projects with others or have aprivate board. Easy to log into on the daily and keep track of where projects are at. Weekly emails are sent with notes how to use Asana and things you may not have known.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention negativley at this time.

Keeping all projects on track.
