What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can be more customizable. I would like to recieve notifications for tasks shared with me, but not for tasks in my workspace. When attempting to transfer numerous tasks, it may get laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Asana widely throughout our organization. The Product & Enginering team uses it to handle bi-weekly sprints and backlog projects for each of our sites. The Finance and HR team employes templated projects to onboard and offboard workers. The marketing and design teams utilize it to collaborate on client projects. The best part about Asana is how quickly and eagerly everyone began to use it

What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana for so many reasons. The program has allowed our creative team to stay organized with forms, multi-project tasks, workflows and more. In an effort to streamline our organization of projects, Asana has allowed us to communicate and prioritize projects through form submissions from our clients. Easy and hassle-free!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the platform does not allow tasks to be assigned to multiple people is very challenging and creates what feels like a never-end drill down of subtasks that do get lost in "the heat."
The customization is endless, which also means multiple teams working together can also build their spaces differently and make them difficult to bring together when needed.

Before we were inundated with requests and had no way to organize and prioritize. Now, with Asana, we are able to manage projects with relative ease.
They steal from their customers and offer no refunds
What do you like best about the product?
You can organize things on it, so that's good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an OK platform with terrible customer service. If you stay with the free platform, you'll be fine, but don't dabble with the paid services. They will charge you for more seats than you ask for and then insist that they can't refund your money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a planning platform, similar to Trello, Wrike, Monday, and a hundred other platforms.
Been using it for over 10 years, no complaints
What do you like best about the product?

- Strong task management features
- Extensive integrations (Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Offers less customization in terms of workflows and project views
- Can become expensive for larger teams that need advanced features

Helps me easily create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates, and add subtasks. It supports various task views, including list, board, timeline, and calendar views. All of this simplifies everything for me vs. my old way of doing things (pen and paper). I love how once I complete a task, it's put away but still "there" to remind me of what's been done. With some apps, I need to scroll further down or go to another tab for all my "done" tasks.

Asana ensures I have my sh*t together.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most user friendly project management platforms I have ever used. But it still has so many tailored features that allow you to bend and mold the program to your liking. Using this tool allows me to keep my team on task and aligned with goals without having to chase them down. I can also see each team members current scope of work. I use Asana everyday, and without it, my ADHD would have me dropping all of my spinning plates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necesarrily a dislike persay. However, I would like to have smart, reocurring task lists. For example, a task list or project list that restarts on the same day every month for reocurring reports, newsletters, or projects of the like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana takes the guess work out of the todo list. It can be hard to come back to work after a trip or even just a rough start to the morning. By understanding exactly where my tasks and my teams project lay, I'm able to jump in and peck away at what would be quite a daunting agenda.
Very Robust!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very robust project management tool. It can be used in the most basic fashion (task list) all the way to creating and managing a large project and assigning team mates/co-workers to help. You can assign due dates and specific people to certain tasks and even create dependencies that will trigger other tasks. It easily connects to other apps for integration (I often turn actionable emails into tasks w/in Asana just with a single click). There are a number of articles. videos and additional help through the Asana Academy where you can learn to take advantage of the features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so feature full, it is difficult to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am juggling many different internal projects and Asana is very helpful to keep me on task and focused on next steps through the task list and collaboration features. I am sure there are additional features that would be beneficial, but I have not learned them all yet.
The best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a life safer for distributed teams—it allows us to seamlessly collaborate and keeps everyone accountable. It provides so much visibility across teams and projects, work is siginificantly improved because there are no unnecessary blockers. It's great that it integrates with Slack so it even helps folks who don't use Asana often at the org stay in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for it to have more guided onboarding so folks who are scared to get started feel a little more supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and collaboration among teams.

Ad Hoc task assignement - to see which member has less workload ahead - helps with crew time management

Asana is the best project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most amazing project management tool ever! I've been using it since 2019 and have seen them make continuous improvements over the past 5 years to make it easier to work. It helps organize all your to dos in one place for the organization and helps get work done more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much. I think it's super user friendly. Sometimes I have trouble with adoption in the company, but that's more of a number of systems factor than anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize everything in one place.
