What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easily configurable to mee the needs of the individuals, teams, and organization. It is easy to use and allows for transparent views of the workflow and accomplishments
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple overlapping projects in my portfolio. Asana allows me to keep the tasks, outcomes, and goals aligned to each project. For instance, my evaluation responsibilities overlap with the refinement of our suite of data collection tools that overlap with my research/literature reviews which overlap with my grant writing work. Asana helps me keep my portfolio focused and workflow moving forward with efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a modern tool for your to-do list. It can be as simple or complicated as you want it to be. You can use it as a basic to-do list, or a smart tool to increase your productivity, not only for individual use but also for collaboration across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs within the system that Asana customer support is very responsive to. It also works best when everyone in the organization is using it. Organizations should think how to best encourage users to utilize its features to make it the most useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extensive to-do lists and tasks within a project. Helps to visualize all tasks, that often have different people across the organization completing these tasks.

Training available on all of the functionality of Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interactive training on every functionality that Asana has. If you need to learn something or wonder if it has that specific functionality you can simply search and find. Training is provided for everything and it is interactive so if you have questions you can ask. If you do not have the functionality that is being discussed they can also take it away and work in real time to determine if it is a bug so that they continue to offer the services required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is great, I will need to dedicate some time to get myself organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I experience without Asana is that I have so many tasks to be working on and so many different people involved in the tasks, that this helps me know and investigate where the project or task is at without always having meetings to bring me up to speed. I can see where the progress is and then be able to speak to my Director and or VP regarding it without having to complete meeting to catch up.

What do you like best about the product?
I am enjoying the flexibility between creatign general workflows but being able to assign many tasks with increasing granularity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve will require trainings. But to get a level of granularity in production workflows, that seems understandable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is going to help our SMB scale as we have newly accepted a number of projects and are having difficulty getting everyone on the same page!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows for clear communication and collaboration across multitudes of projects across numerous roles. Very easy to use and can be utilized at all levels of an orginzation for cross functional team goals or just individual use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and licensing setup is not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to keep projects moving forward quickly without having to stop and ensure everyone is kept up to speed. Sharing status updates, task completion notifications and more, keeps all interested parties aware of progress. Asana also allows for clear goal setting and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love using Asana. I think it's really amazing that you can collaborate with other teammates and they can put their Asana on the board to work in the way that works best for them. Well, I like to use the list functionality. I know that some of my teammates like to use the board functionality and even something as simple as an aesthetic change is so helpful to a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really there isn't much I dislike about Asana, but if I had to choose some thing, I wish that I could choose to just add a date that's not a due date or take out specific things from a list or a board view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes me feel organized!

What do you like best about the product?
I've integrated my workflows with Asana through different jobs, and it has always been the one tool that helped me streamline my thoughts and mindspace in allowing me to focus on the things that I need today.

It's really very easy to use and its most basic features will carry you through most project management challenges and requirements.

It's easy to implement and integrate into different workflows, and even in my experience, through different project teams. Thankfully I've not had to contact customer support but the documentation that I needed when I had concerns were sufficient.

I use it everyday since 2014. Wow, it's been 10 years since I've been with Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, really. Maybe just the fact that I am not able to create workspaces with people that have different email domains. This is a challenge especially with managing freelancer teams who work remotely and have many different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit that it has had for me throughout the 10 years I've used it is its ability to streamline simultaneous tasks across long-term projects, and its simplicity allows me to integrate it into different processes. This helps me prioritize the most urgent ones and important ones, and allow me to do so for the teams I've managed all these years.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very useful and easy to use. Help is readily available and Asana is always on the forefront of making enhancements to stay up to date with fast paced technology changes. Love the improvements it has done for my direct departments and eager to see how it well help the overall company.

Nothing speficic I have found that I dislike about Asana, so far.

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes it easier to keep track of tasks, hold each other accountable when working with a team, and update statuses. The more I use it, the more I see how much it has helped our team to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect alone outside of status update is very confusing and not as intuitive as I'd like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and organization, improved collaboration, transparency and visibility, integration with other tools, remote work enablement, time management, resource allocation, reporting and analytics
