What do you like best about the product?
Fast to implement and gain user adoption. Easy of use and ability to increase teamwork. Lots of useful features and some surprise "Easter eggs" too.

Rules can be confusing to set up the first couple of times.

I use Asana for project management and personal academic management, and I appreciate its ability to enhance efficiency by ensuring tasks do not fall through at all. Asana helps me stay on track, ensuring that team members are clear on their responsibilities and timelines. It aligns the team towards the same goals. I find the calendar feature particularly valuable because it allows me to visualize work burden across dates effectively, enabling better planning and resource allocation. Additionally, I appreciate the seamless integration with Slack, which facilitates smooth communication and coordination within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the initial setup of Asana wasn't intuitive. It required conscious discussion and the help of an Asana coordinator to effectively integrate it into our routine. Additionally, a colleague mentioned that they wished Asana was more visual. Specifically, they wanted the ability to play with colors and have different colors for different tasks to enhance the visual aspect of task management.

I appreciate how it serves as a great place to keep track of project status and allows me to easily share that information with all the necessary team members. I love how fast and easy it is to use, providing us with a lot of flexibility in the type of information we can save. Asana's features are great for collaboration and ensuring that work doesn't fall behind, making it a valuable tool for maintaining productivity and coherence within my team. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a pleasant surprise for integrating a new tool. I find these aspects make Asana an appealing choice for project management tasks.

I find it incredibly easy to set up projects and tasks, and the Asana calendar is fantastic for tracking due dates. The ability to set up projects for each client and then define all the necessary tasks with due dates is a game-changer for my workflow. The calendar feature allows me to see what is due each day across all my projects, which is essential for maintaining my schedule. I also appreciate how user-friendly Asana is, even for newcomers, making the initial setup super easy. This ease of use stands out and shows how Asana values user experience, ensuring that anyone can dive into it without hassle.

I would love for Asana to incorporate with ChatGPT. ChatGPT helps me manage my daily tasks, and currently, I have to manually set them up in Asana. An integration between these two tools would streamline my workflow and save time.

Asana is incredibly easy to use and implement into my daily routine. I have found that since using Asana, I rely on it daily to keep up with my tasks, including integrating it with Google Drive and my email, which makes creating tasks easier than ever. Customer Support is quick, responsive, and always kind and helpful!

I have yet to find something about Asana that I don't like in terms of functionality. I do wish there was more ability to customize appearance, but overall, there's nothing negative I have to say about Asana!
