I love ASANA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that one can have an overview of all the tasks to be completed on the my tasks tab. I like the fact that I can have views in table, calendar, and all of this in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is the way I have to navigate from one task to another. That I have to click on the parent task link to return to it. But maybe I don't have the tool well in hand yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Trello, but I missed that overall view. I also like the fact that a task can go with several projects.

Asana Virtual Office Management
What do you like best about the product?
As professional Virtual Assistant for over 5 years, I take pride in a structured, well organized and structured task management. Asana has been an absolute astonishing software tool that has made it easier for me to delegate tasks. Multiple tasks at once can be overwhelming and with Asana it has given me and my team an ease by effectively using the calendar management method. It is sent out to each team member including myself via email and also added to our calendars automatically while reminding us of deadlines and getting everything done by the appointed time slot. My team and I truly appreciate Asana. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Things I wish could be to add to the pros however these are what could be geared to improvements in the future. I would love that their is a task template, this product would have been perfect with an UNDO button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects are entirely being completed ahead of schedule, lessen delays, prevent burnt out and procrastination. Task are being done and team members and myself are able to prioritize important schedules, meetings, events and virtual office activities without feeling overwhelmed and know in advance off duties at hand.
Shotty customer service and minimal adaptability
What do you like best about the product?
It does what is does semi-well. A generally OK experience and task manager
What do you dislike about the product?
No real ability to personalize and very minimal customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana doesn't seem to be receptive to change. The right hand often doesn't speak to the left for support matters, making things significantly more difficult than they need to be.

The fact you can manage your project on a free account and move into paid subscription later.

No customer service integration like Jira support box.

Streamlining Work and Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has eliminated the need for daily check-ins with my team and allows me to deligate tasks out to them without eating up more of our time in meetings. I have a better grasp on my tasks for the day and further out. My team and I use Asana everyday. I started out by taking one of their Personal Productivity courses and found myself incredibly grateful for the support from the Asana Team.

Getting my whole team onboard can be a bit of a challenge.

Difficulties of Usage of Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fast program. Easy to add fields and details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, there is no Turkish language support in the application. Additionally, multi-language usage is quite problematic. For example, our team consists of Turkish, Russian, and English speakers. Each user tried to use their own language. However, a strange chaos appeared on the panels. Each project displayed information in English, Turkish, and Russian, which made the system unusable. When Russian users selected 'Priority' in Russian, English users saw the 'Priority' in Russian and couldn't understand them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provided a solution to tasks and projects getting lost due to our heavy workload and helped address time management issues.
Poor experience with over billing - GO month to month if you use Asana vrs. being locked in.
What do you like best about the product?
Depth of outside independent support available. Also, hiring new staff has used Asana more than most other project management software in the past. They offer a month-to-month pay option, so you don't have to get locked in when you decide to move to a different service.
What do you dislike about the product?
In month four billing, Asana auto-added a user to our account and billed us for them. Since they added someone who has not worked here in over a year, we ask them to remove this and issue a credit since it is clearly an error. Asana refused and cited their lengthy legal user agreement vs. Doing right by the customer and just issuing that single credit. Unfortunately, we wasted about three months with their product.

It was allowing group colabration on projects and a quick view of the status of a project.
