New to Asana and loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
I have multiple supervisors and projects at one time. Asana really helps me keep on track. It is great to have all my tasks in one place. And when I see a colorful unicorn or otter fly across my screen, it boosts my mood instantly!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. I wish more people at my organization would use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to keep track of multiple projects such as upcoming VIP events in my organization. I also love the collaborative aspects of Asana. Helps me keep on track and have everything spelled out for me and organized.

Asana has been GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Company has loved working with Asana. It has been the solution to everything we were looking for in a ticketing system. I have recommended it to several other people outside of our company. It has the ability to be as general or as detailed as you want it to be and is completely customizable if you're willing to put the time in to dig into the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have disliked has been the mobile app. It is very basic and needs more features but it is something that just in the (almost) year that we have been using it has been updated so hopefully that'll continue to be upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire company didn't have a ticketing system or way to properly track our time before, with Asana not only are we doing that, but we're doing it in a very organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
It' helps me stay organized and keep up with deadlines. It's also a great way to communicate with co-workers and stay updated on projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment but if I had to pick something I guess I'd say that there are too many options and ways to view tasks and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized, on task and helps me keep up to date with communications with co-workers and supervisors.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Asana is really to use and fairly intuitive. I was using it for my small business and I also work part-time, and because I loved using it so much in my business I got my whole team at my part-time job to get on it and they all love it! It helps keep me on task for all the different projects I have and helps me set up systems in my business and my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I really dislike is the fact that recurring tasks don't populate on a day-to-day or week-to-week basiss automatically unless you compelte the previous task as "complete". Sometimes you don't get to that recurring task that day and can't check it off but I "have to" in order to see it up pop up again the next day or the next week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects I have my hand in and it helps keep me organized so I don't drop the ball

Organization Upgrade!
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from Trello to Asana has streamlined our project management and improved task organization. Asana’s intuitive interface and flexible project views have enhanced our team’s efficiency and collaboration. Overall, it's been a significant upgrade for our marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no qualms with the software yet after my first month of use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage our digital marketing calendar, allowing the entire team to collaborate on scheduling and content planning. This ensures that everyone can weigh in on deadlines, tasks, and updates in real time.
Great Project Management Tool for Internal and External
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well it keeps me organized and accountable. In addition, I appreciate it how it keeps a record of complete tasks so that I can know what actions I've taken in the past. Asana integrates well with Microsoft. Lastly, it helps keep my team members and I on the same page. It is also extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I am not fully optimizing Asana and need time to invest in learning other ways to increase my efficiency. I know it integrates in ways I haven't quite understood.

Asana helps me organize and track all of my important tasks as the come up. I never miss a deadline.
Asana - task management has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been an excellent tool for keeping my team on track. The email notifications sent close to the due dates have been particularly helpful in ensuring that tasks are completed on time. I also appreciate the ability to add detailed descriptions and notes to each task. This feature allows for clear communication and ensures that everyone is aligned on expectations. The notifications I receive when tasks are completed add an extra layer of accountability, making Asana an indispensable part of our workflow. It is very easy to implement. Integrating my team members was also straightforward. My team members use it at least once a week to review upcoming tasks. The customer support team has not been used but i have no complaints
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is a powerful tool, there are a few limitations that I find frustrating. In the free version, I can't set a start date for tasks, which makes it harder to plan and manage timelines effectively. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that I can't select multiple tasks at once to reassign them to another team member.

Very good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a very helpfull tool that facilitates project organization in a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, the only downside is that the mobule app does not support the Everhour add in.

Organization, time managements and collaboration
Could not do my job without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I could not manage my workflow without Asana. I am responsible for project managing many people across multiple departments in our organization, with ongoing projects throughout the year. I use Asana daily to keep track of what everyone's working on and make sure that we're hitting goals. We've gone from just our team using it regularly, to integrating our entire company into using Asana over the last 6 months, and it's made communications so much clearer and easier to follow and look back on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that because it has so many levels and options, it can be intimidating for some people to start. But as an avid user of 6+ years, there's nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all juggling so many balls and Asana helps us prioritize them, stay on top of projects, and to know how the work you're doing as an individual fits into the overall project. The archiving of past projects has been a godsend when I'm looking for how we did something 3 years ago and need to refresh my memory. We also use forms for intaking information from customers.
