Easy tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a helpful tool to collaborate with other team members. I appreciate how easy it is to naviagte and I like the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve associated with the different resources, but once you understand the functions of all the tools, they are very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to streamline my work with colleagues and keeps tasks and communication in one central location

The asana is a good task management service, but with some flaws as well.
What do you like best about the product?
User experience and functionality in use.

I believe that the same task can have more than one person responsible.

There are so many ways to organize your projects or tasks. I am still learning. I use it daily.

I just need more people in the office to start using Asana more regularly for projects as a team.

I keep tasks, notes for franchises that I work with and use projects boards to move franchises through processes.
First Time User
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so much better than the old school spreadsheet. The automation features are easily accessible and gives you tons of time back . Definitely worth using it!

Nothing so far! I hope to explore more to be more critical.

Sharing team information, keeping it updates and assign actions clearly.

Asana helps me keep track of my tasks and due dates. It allows me to see the tasks urgency at a glance.
Unresponsive company. No help. Difficult to use compared to Monday or ClickUp
What do you like best about the product?
This product does the same thing as Monday or ClickUp. It allows organizations to create projects, assign tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is that it is literally impossible to get help, either using the online help facility or by chatting with someone. If you try to chat with someone to get help, it says no one is available and redirects you to the help pages, which for me have always resulted in an endless redirect loop. I have tried multiple browsers and incognito sessions, and I must conclude that Asana does not have a working help facility and does not provide any help to their customers.
Trying to talk to sales by sending emails to them results in no response. I do not know how this company is still in business if neither their sales or customer service departments ever respond to customers or have online articles or help.
The funny thing is that I tried once before to evaluate Asana. At that particular time, there was a web site outage and it was impossible to even reach their web site. There are serious problems with this company.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is super helpful. It's great for productivity & efficiency. I apprecite the various trainings offered as well to help people new to it become more familarized with how it works.

It can take a minute to learn how to navigate things but that's with anything new.
