You can't copy and paste a whole loads of tasks into the Asana AI to create each one in a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling my tasks and my day. User and beginner friendly. Good for freelancers to schedule their week or month work ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not notify me if they i have a meeting due in few minutes. It does not tell me there is a conflict in my calendar schedule. Hope they work on this, it will be a big help.

The ai feature saves me a lot of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize tasks and track progress at a glance. I like the clean interface and how intuitive it feels to create projects, assign work, and see deadlines in one place. The ability to switch between views (list, board, or calendar) is especially helpful for keeping everyone aligned
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features are locked behind the paid plan, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. It also takes a bit of time to get used to all the options and set things up in a way that fits your workflow. Once you learn it, though, it becomes much smoother

Asana helps bring clarity to projects by centralizing tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in one place. Instead of chasing updates through emails or scattered messages, everything is visible and easy to track. This improves accountability across the team, reduces missed deadlines, and makes collaboration smoother

What do you like best about the product?
My entire team is transitioning to using Asana, and I really appreciated the Asana course and looking forward to more courses. I can already see my work leveling up thanks to using Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is it will take a moment to learn all the great features but I know it will only be better for my work!

Keeps everything in one centralized space, able to loop in coworkers to support, leave comments/updates, track progress, include emails/tasks directly from inbox to project for documentation, asana forms are super helpful

I don't always need emails sent to remind me that a goal was created, summary of my progress, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and simplicity of use, having used other software that takes an age to learn, this is simple. I had tried another AI based solution and found it to be both costly and complex. Asana is neither

I really cannot find any downsides, even the free version is feature packed.

Keeping multiple projects all in one place - keeping my head free to do other important and creative work
Transitioning to ASANA was a breeze, and I am thrilled I made the leap.

Communication is directly linked within tasks! It is so efficient and saves so much time and frustration.

I really wish it integrated with SuiteDash.

Other project management apps I've used weren't designed with the end-user's time in mind. With ASANA, everything from creating new projects and teams to reporting, adding and managing tasks, customizing templates, and implementing automations is easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Asana as an Executive Assistant is that Asana brings clarity and structure to my everyday work; everything from big-picture goals down to small daily tasks lives in one place. Asana makes my collaboration seamless with my executive and keeps me accountable without endless emails or meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something I disliked about Asana while I was new was the number of features built into the platform. It seemed overwhelming at first, but pushing on past the learning curve, they made my work and life easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Executive Assistant (EA), Asana has helped me in managing leadership’s calendar, tracking cross-departmental tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
