Easy to learn time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Asana been easy to learn as a new employee and has been a gamechanger for managing tasks and timeliness across many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations could be better but these things take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't lose todo lists or posting. I'm able to keep up with a variety of tasks and deadlines

I really have no complaints about Asana.

We use asana to track projects status and tasks needed. we assign the task and re-assign as needed. it is super helpful especially when working with third parties

its hard for non-developer type person to navigate and get used to it.

Organization and timelines

What do you like best about the product?
Asana can easily be customized to each project partner's preferences so that they can view their projects and tasks in the most helpful way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy integrations are available for all the apps we already use and that we can have guests outside the organization join our projects and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting to get all of our team's work products organized in one place to view how each of our projects influences each other's projects.
Collaboration is awesome!

I love how easy it is to assign tasks to people in order to complete a project. It is also visual which is great.

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about Asana

The ability to assign tasks and follow up with those people when a project is stalled
Simple, clean and effcient
What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface of the app allows for efficient use in project management. The live training calls hosted by Asana are extremely helpful as well!

None so far! The customer support has been great in troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to be the type of person who'd write down to-do lists every day amd write tasks on post-its. At first I was very hesitant to use Asana to digitized my work, but it has taken my productivity to the next level. I love using the calendar mode for my tasks and planning for the day or week ahead. Asana helps me see the bigger picture while breaking down small tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating rules can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay on task by creating recurring monthly tasks.
A great and yet simple solution of personal, small company or big organisation's project management.

Projects and portfolio feature, subtasks can be added to tasks.

Little costly.

Asana streamlines my all tasks under various places, and I can schedule them as per the location where I go to work.
Helps me Organize my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana helps me organize my thoughts. Sometimes, I have a lot going on in my head and have to write everything down on paper. Now, Asana puts it in a place I can reach (electronically) and helps me sort it all out and give myself timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning the system, but it takes a little bit of learning curve. I suggest watching tutorials to get the full experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and Asana helps us organize projects and tasks and it has helped us use less email.
