What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive design of the Mobile App took our user experience to the next level.

We had some struggles for implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile app store was nowhere close to being user-friendly. But that changed with Insider’s Mobile app. We were quickly able to revamp our app storefront, get more engagement, conversions, and delight customers like never before.

In the beginning, using the tools properly was a challenge, but eventually we got the hang of them and they are easy to use now.

With the help of Eureka and Instory, our ROI has grown.
With Insider's dynamic and real-time information, we were able to fine-tune our strategy and increase consumer engagement and conversion rates.

App push helps us show instant recommendations of consumer electronics items that customers viewed or added to cart but didn't purchase.

It would be good if we could easily replicate our web experiences onto app too.

What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity and ease of using Insider tools is incredible. Industry wise customization would have been a plus though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't communicating clearly or effectively; Insider's personalized emails and WhatsApp message templates improved our communication and increased the number of leads we received. The team at Insiders recommended an omnichannel approach, and it was successful. We were able to generate more leads and improve client engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider platform is very easy to use - we can consolidate data and build segments easily and the product is easy to use to build campaigns without too much IT effort. We had problems with our previous email vendor since it didn't offer stability and too many automation options. We get that with Insider. We used web push for first time with Insider and are very impressed as we are able to target the right segments with personalized contents
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have app yet and website is the main communication with users along with email - the only problem is how to deliver message to them but not at high cost.

We've started using the messaging products recently and we're pretty satisfied. Combining it with the cross-channel journey builder solution, helps improve user engagement by targeting users on the right channels.
