Once we knew where we were losing, we had all the power to fix it
What do you like best about the product?
What we loved the most it Insider’s App Uninstall Analytics feature that helped us monitor the number of our mobile app uninstalls by our users on different devices and OS. This provided us with a direction to work. We understood we had to work on user retention more than anything
What do you dislike about the product?
For the reporting; app platform's and web platform's reports could be in the same dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our app uninstalls were very high which made it clear that we had to work on our user retention techniques. We leveraged many Insider’s features like in-app feedback and smart incentives with contextual 1:1 communication for all the users to improve retention. Those who had recently uninstalled our app were re-targeted with FB ads. In the end, we could see all these efforts paying off. Within a months time, we could see the number of apps uninstalls dropping and conversion rates rising.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s definitely the best mobile software out there. It’s easy to use makes it possible for any digital marketer or app owner to make sense of the metrics and direct their focus on the crucial aspects like mobile app retention which usually goes missing. Insider, not only highlights where your mobile app is lacking but also provides the solution to fix it with its features like in-app feedback, personalized surveys, visitor segmentation and so on. We don’t see any reason not to recommend it to all the digital marketers.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s E-commerce Marketing features and capabilities have been instrumental in our target to increase engagement with our customers and overall conversion. The sheer amount of diverse tools in the E-commerce suite of Insider allowed us to launch a lot of programs that helped us improved the quality of user engagement. The improvement in user-engagement directly impacted our conversion rates as well as helped us build stronger relations with our leads and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though having too many features is beneficial for increasing engagement sometimes managing so many features together might be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to boost our conversion rate without lowering user-engagement and keeping the website experience similar as usual or at the very best, improve it. Insider helped us with doing just that, we were able to bolster our conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We work closely with Insider like 5 months and we always get a handy hand to solve the problem. since we believed their product is good and also they have excellent services that we can experience. Now we explore new tool with them for email marketing and CRM. we will start to use A-Z services that they have because we see the development for improvement didn't stop and we believed they will start to recognize as best tools for CRM and on-site both desktop and mobile apps.

they're really strong in a website and mobile site maybe they need to improve is for more AI and analytics development for the future needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used almost every feature they provided to us, web notification push, on-site, recommended engine and now Insider is one biggest of GMV driver tools at Fabelio.

What do you like best about the product?
Product recommendation based on predictive analysis is our favorite feature. When you already know what your users are looking for and when they are most likely to purchase, it makes so much more sense to give them accurate recommendations for the same.

I don’t dislike anything in particular, but additional targeting options would potentially improve this product.

Insider is helping us target our users more effectively and efficiently. With product recommendations, we are encouraging our customers for additional purchases. We have this to be working very well for us and our sales figure is increasing.

Its comprehensive functionality throughout the conversion funnel makes it a unique platform. Right from the acquisition to the revenue stage, this is the only platform we need.

As this platform has a lot of feathers on its hat, it requires a fair bit of basic tech knowledge to get started.

It’s probably the best mobile growth platform we have come across. It’s helping us communicate with our user more efficiently and provide an enhanced user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mobile web received a lot of engagement, yet many of our users failed to follow through on form completion. Insider’s growth platform has certainly turned things around for us by simplifying our users’ path to convert. The feature I like the best is mobile web exit intent as we were not able to act on exit intent on mobile channels before using Insider.

The real-time reporting is a great feature but the product could benefit from more reports being generated on different types of data.

We have converted many of our browsers to buyers, our customers are quicker with their decision making and the overall path to purchase has been improved. As a result of this, we have benefited from higher form completion rates.

The product functions extremely well and is a must-have if you aim to increase form completion rates made via your mobile website. Our customers seem to be making decisions quicker and many follow through to completing a form during their first visit. This is all thanks to the technology Insider uses to sustain user engagement and activity.

One feature I particularly like is the ability to push predictive segments into ad channels like Adwords and Facebook. This has totally changed the way we target ad audiences and helped us better manage our advertising budgets.

More detail could be implemented into reports, it would be great to fully comprehend why a campaign was not as successful.

We can deliver relevant offers to each customer based on their preferences, historical behaviour and predicted attributes based on their future behaviour. Improving app experiences helps us tap into our our mobile conversion potential.

The predictive dashboard and reporting could be improved for different types of algorithms as this is what makes the Insider tool stand out amongst competitors.

Prompting our customers to buy add-ons has been improved. Our ancillary revenue improved significantly, which was something that we really struggled to tackle previously. Since incorporating this product into our mobile website and app we have been able to deliver smoother and more engaging mobile based experiences which increased conversions and booking revenue.
