What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool very much because this tool help me in user retention and reactivation and also for acquistion.this tool has best marketing feature which helps in acheiving my targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
1> Dashboard always hangs when used with 2 or more filters
2> limited whatsapp marketing feature
3> Very Costly Interface

What do you like best about the product?
1. The interface is very user-friendly
2. Integrating the tool with our websites/apps was a seamless process
3. Flexibility offered while configuring journeys and campaigns
4. We rely on the in-depth analytics and comprehensive report generation based on both live & past data, on a daily basis
5. The client support offered by the team is very reliable & proactive
6. Clevertap's tech support team has been very accomodating in terms of customizing the platform (functionality) based on our requirements
7. Their new feature that provides a readily exportable report on user engagement across nodes in journeys, making it very convenient for us to monitor metrics on a day to day basis
8. Ease of moving across multiple projects
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Report automation is slightly rigid as of now
2. Making changes to live journeys in real-time is not supported
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap has helped with implementing, optimizing and maintaining our customer engagement strategies across channels.
The multi-channel journeys allow us to tap customers at different points in their lifecycle as well as their purchase journey, thus helping us bring down our acquisition costs.
All marketing activities are hosted under one umbrella instead of existing in silos

What do you like best about the product?
The Technographics and System Events are helpful for users to track daily metrics on default dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
CleverTap has room for customizability when it comes to data export and implementation techniques for Profile.push for updates. This could avoid profile merges where not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps ion effective tracking and engadgement of the product

What do you like best about the product?
The supporta nd the analysis. Live event tracking and proper funnel observations which helps us to take faster actions
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing that when we add graphs to the board we cannot edit it again. Thats is not a blocker but that makes things little difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting right user at right time and solving their problem. As we get to know real time drop offs this helps us to take quick actions and act on it both for app and campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
- Although CleverTap is a complex tool it is intuitive to use and you can quickly become familiar with its various features.
- Campaign setup is clearly structured, making configuration straightforward.
- There are several ways to analyse user behaviour, which provide many insights into user engagement.
- CleverTap customer support is always quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The integration was a challenge for our developers. In their opinion the the documentation could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- CleverTap provides the opportunity to adress clients in different segments, understanding user behavior and increase conversion rates.
- The ability to track user behavior in a real time allows a more personalized marketing strategies wich are more relevant for our users.
- We manage consent on the platform, which is an important feature for us to be able to target users in their preferred channel.
- The link between CleverTap and our voucher tool allows us to automatically deliver vouchers to users based on their behaviour, enabling us to develop users according to our user journey.

What do you like best about the product?
We Like in the Push notifications options of Scribe to given a opportunity to make our content to be smarter & with the help of A/B Testing we can use different option of content in a same campaign.
Easily Operate more of the features of Clevertap Like Push,Inapp & webhook also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segment Deletion option should be in a bulk Now we are delete any segment in CT one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Help to Making Real Time campaigns based on user activities on them live behaviour & Past behaiviour.
It help to track the numbers with the help with analytics part.
In Push Campaigns we can use Scribe & make our content more attractive.
With the help with A/B Testing we can use different content in a same campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
- It's very easy to create, use, implement & target users on clevertap
- Personalising is easy and effective
- Journeys are very very helpful
- The interface is simple for analyzing data and campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness/ Product Lag is one thing that I think should be addressed.

In dashboarding some features are not there.

Lastly, there should be some predefined templates that will help a new business to get started in no time and some custom best-practices templates that can help a company to focus on retention and reduce churn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and reporting primarily. Rest funnel analysis and detailed study of user behaviour data is also somethings which is benefitting us.
