What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is a very user friendly tool, makes life very easy in terms of setting up campaigns and journeys. The product documentation is well versed to make you understand the tool in depth. The amount of information that you can get about a user from this platform is amazing. We have run quite alot of personalised and user centric campaigns and seen really good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the sheer size of data that this platform holds, we face some issues with the loading speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal that Clevertap helps us solve is creating awareness and lead generation about a new product we have launched. Since our usecase is very specific with respect to, that we only want to communicate to the audience who is a user of our app. It gives us very high reachibaility and we can easily communicate with our users from multiple channels.

Easy to use & the best platform to connect personalise a customer's Journey

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap's wide customer segmentations and personalisation options have really changed the way we communicate with our customers. There's significant enhancement in our Marketing Campaigns. We can now access features which involved a lenthgy process, in a click of a button. Demographics, Customer Behaviour and other such use cases have helped us with effective and well targetted push notifications, SMS, In-app campaigns and more. The interface is very user-friendly and not too complicated, so even if someone is new to the platforms they can easily get a hang of it and build robust customer journeys and automation. CleverTap has really helped us save time and send notifications to users at the right time and right platform. Not only implementation but when it comes to analysation, the structure and detailed analysis, allows us to take data driven decisions for future engagements. Recommend CleverTap very strongly for any brand's robust growth and clarity in terms of segmentation and analysis.

The CleverTap team has always been one call away when it comes to support and smooth integration processes. I personally work on CleverTap everyday to send out notifications and I am very satisfied with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few developments on the AI front could help solve a lot of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- CleverTap is solving the problem of easy customer segmentation in terms of a lot of use cases, one of which I frequently use is customer behaviour. Helps us personalise and communicate with the customers on a more interpersonal level.
- We also take a look at the metrics on a daily basis to decide which should be going forward and what won't be working for us anymore.
- CleverTap also helps with really high teach features like RFM analysis and Predictive segmentation, which helps us deploy the right campaigns and maximise results.

Seamless Marketing and Analytics platform

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap has intuitive Analytics system which can be seamless integrated with customer journeys.

System performance is state of the art as customer data and actions are reflected in the system almost instantly.

I have a high degree of control on what is seen by customer and when it is seen,

Last but not the least, their product support is very proactive and helpful in nature. They repond to queries within 2-4 hours an d they follow through until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation and slightly steep learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using CleverTap as Marketing Automation platform and for Mobile Analytics as well. Our Marketing campaigns on CleverTap bring in a significant chunk of revenue. In addition to that, CleverTap analytics help us identify gaps in customer experience, helping us maintain our brand value.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the thing that i really appreciate about clevertap is the support that we get for different integration from their CSM & Team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, 'Ask feature' on Clevertap, Customization with respect to campaigns, Extensive user journeys can be created, Features like 'RFM', 'Revenue tracking', 'NPS user survey', Tracking for every campaign, Customer support with respect to a dedicated Relationship manager and aslo 'Ticket support', Getting a new partner is also easy since vendors are easy to integrate with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation with respect to Campaigns still needs improvement- as in we need to create multiple cohorts for one campaign as there is no possibility of segmenting with 'OR' and we still have to use 'AND' for most of the campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking every campaign
Result of every campaign and also overall results via System and Control Group.
Automating Onboaring User journeys
Personalised campaign for various cohorts
Overall system and control group conversions through different channels like Email, sms, push, whatsapp, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using CleverTap for a few years now, primarily for email marketing automation and push notifications. The features are easy to use:User-friendly dashboard,Omnichannel communication, Powerful segmentation options, Excellent customer support

Integration can be a bit complex initially, but Clevertab will hold training and connect you with their technical personnel to guide you

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using CleverTap for over 5 years, and it has become the core of our Growth tools. With its multiple available channels, Journeys tool, Intent-Based Segments, and RFM analysis, CleverTap enables us to automate business rules to increase user retention, reactivate inactive users, streamline onboarding for new users, and build loyalty among our best customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It remains a platform where heavy reliance on constant developer support is needed to fully leverage its potential. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they expanded the options for predefined templates for In-App banners more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap has been the essential tool for executing our growth strategies, significantly improving activation, retention, and engagement. By leveraging CleverTap's analytics capabilities and automating business rules with Journeys, we have reduced churn during the registration process by 30% and increased activation rates by 50%.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using clevertap over 2 years now. Also, having used other engagement tools, I can rightly say that the UX and the ease of integration that Clevertap has with the number of features it offers is awesome! Wait, that's just not the good part. Starting from implementing Clevertap in my current company to post implementation support was phenomenol. As a product manager you'd want to have tools with you that helps your life, Clevertap does just that! Kudos to the clevertap team for building such great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it can still enhance its AI capabilites even further, right now its a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to send a lot of PNs, Email and texts notifcations to our customers after onbaording during certain step of the journey. For example, "if a customer is not converting from step A to step B within X amount of time then perform certain actions that nudegs Y% of customer to do certain actions" This is by far my majority of use case as a product manager. This requires a lot of speed a quick building an implementation and sync between Mixpanel and Clevertap, it helps me acheive this way quicker than other engagement tools.

When it comes to selecting two actions in "OR" condition, this functionality is not currently available on the dashboard. From what I understand, the CLeverTap product team is working on this functionality. Looking forward to using it

What do you like best about the product?
- Engage Customer on APP
- Montior there acticity and based on event send right communication at right time
What do you dislike about the product?
I belive if setting up CT with APP would be furture simplified then it will be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to Enagage with 40% of customer with Push Notification at right time. Initally we are using firebase which was not that great.
- Support Multiple Language, as I am targeting MSME in India, I need to communicate in the regional lanagauage. It made my life simple.
