¡Una de las mejores herramientas!
What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap es un paseo para el Mobile Marketing y datos analíticos obtenido de dicha ramificación. La característica que es mi favorita –a pesar de que posee muchas- es la capacidad de analizar la data y detectar anomalías en túneles lo cual permite hacer ajustes a cada producto a fin de continuar en el camino deseado y proyectar las metas esperadas. Además, es capaz de procesar larga data asociada a cada producto por el cual es utilizado. Por ello, permite la implementación constante de actualización ajustadas a un mercado que varía con muchísima rapidez. ¡Me encanta!
What do you dislike about the product?
El proceso de implementación es un poco tedioso y engorroso, puesto que no es una herramienta para ser utilizada por cualquier tipo de usuario con niveles básicos de conocimiento tecnológico. Sería necesario una inducción y/o entrenamiento para aprovechar cada función adecuadamente. Asimismo, las alertas a destiempo pueden ser un problema para arreglar errores generales en cada producto.

El mayor beneficio que aportó a nuestra compañía esta increíble herramienta fue arrojar datos importantes del seguimiento del comportamiento de nuestros usuarios lo cual nos permitió adaptarnos a las nuevas tendencias y visualizar tanto como proyectarnos a futuro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
La única recomendación que puedo ofrecer es que inviertan en entrenamiento o capaciten a un usuario maestro a fin de personalizar adecuadamente CleverTap para que haga exactamente lo que cada compañía necesita acorde a sus objetivos y al motivo por el cual invirtió en esta herramienta.

What do you like best about the product?
Es una de las mejores herramientas de Mobile marketing que he utilizado en un largo periodo de tiempo. La característica que más utilizamos en mi compañía y la más resaltante considero que es la capacidad de lanzar campañas única y exclusivamente a raíz de los análisis arrojados del procesamiento de datos online y offline de los usuarios.

Cuando se utilizan datos pesados y archivos grandes, el procesamiento de flujogramas puede ser un poco lento y tedioso, haciendo que los procesos se retrasen un poco. En mi opinión, no es nada por lo cual descartar esta herramienta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nosotros utilizamos esta herramienta para monitorear datos de los usuarios que acceden a nuestras campañas y lanzarlas acorde a los análisis obtenidos a partir del registro y orden de dichos datos. El programa lo hace relativamente fácil y, una vez implementado por completo, es bastante fácil de usar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mi mayor recomendación sería considerar implementar este producto e invertir un poco en entrenamiento para aprovechar cada una de sus características y la capacidad de personalizarlo, tanto de acuerdo a la situación y a la lectura de analíticos como al cronograma ya establecido del comercio.
One tool for product & marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Clevertap is comprehensive in its offering both as an analytics solution and customer engagement. So all stake holders right from product / engineering / marketing to leadership end up being users of Clevertap.
What do you dislike about the product?
To harness the true capabilities of the product - Clevertap requires marketing and tech to partner and work together for a proper implementation. So it isn't exactly a trivial project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to reduce customer drop-offs at key on-boarding points with Clevertap. We can see this can be largely automated using Clevertap. For our product team Clevertap opens up a lot of insights on how users are using our product and where the drop-offs are happening.
We also like to reach out to our global customers with different messaging for different countries. That is easy with Clevertap. We also have the ability to target users depending on their status with us. So different customers get different messaging depending on where they are in their usage of our product.
Our users end up being from both web and mobile app, so having a combined profile and view of what these users are doing is very helpful to us. Clevertap does that well.
We also like to reach out to our global customers with different messaging for different countries. That is easy with Clevertap. We also have the ability to target users depending on their status with us. So different customers get different messaging depending on where they are in their usage of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Campaigns feature is awesome. With that feature, you can just set up push campaigns once and forget about sending push messages to new users, the platform will do it for you. You can set triggers, so once a user does something specific, he will receive an automated message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "but" we found on Clevertap is that their dashboard is only available in English. They should add more languages like Spanish, Italian and French at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the huge volume of apps and users that Mobincube has, it used to be imposible to take care of sending customized push messages to all of them in order to keep a good level of loyalty. With Clevertap and its smart campaigns, we just need to configure those campaigns once and then new users will start receiving messages as a reaction of their actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely give Clevertap a try. It will make your life easier. Even if you think at first that the pricing is high, you will realize that it is much cheaper than having one or two full time employees doing all the work.

CleverTap's support makes me love this tool because every question I have, I can reach out to them and their responsiveness if perfect: fast and very explanatory and educative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using the tool itself could be a little challenging since I don't have any technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to users in a very timely manner.
All-in-one tool to get actionable insights
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very useful when it comes uncovering deep insights about customers that otherwise would be difficult to analyze. The platform is intuitive and very easy to use. It's extremely valuable to look at the entire journey of customers and identify problem areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer support is needed. Would encourage a more efficient support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to identify the users who weren't making any purchases and were still using the app quite often. We could target them with the right message and at the right time. There was an immediate jump in revenue after using the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide the data points and assign a dedicated developer during setup. Centralize your customer data in one tool.

The UI could take a little time getting used to. But when an analytics + engagement platform does so much, that's perfectly acceptable.

Great tool to improve retention
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send push notifications in real-time and re-engage dormant app users. The granular insights and A/B testing helps a lot to improve conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates provided would be nice to have

User segmentation and personalizing our campaigns helped us in engaging customers who were drifting away.

Very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed with how simple and fluidic the user experience is. The UI just talks to you, and you need not be a data scientist or a marketing pro to understand the whats and the hows.

Nothing, being extremely honest. Genuinely loved it

The fact that you can view user analytics and engage users in real-time from one single tool. Reduced the hassle of managing multiple tools.
