What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of good features on clevertap. What we like the most is the ability to create different segments of users based on the past behaviors and classify them into different groups!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such features that we dislike in clevertap. The Pivots report needs improvement though. It has already been discussed with the Clevertap team. They assured that they are working on it and will sort it out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps us get and analyze data in no time. We can go into micro-segments with our data and engage with different users.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap easily allowed our mobile application to engage with our user base in many different converting verticals. In one of many scenarios, with CleverTap we were able to optimize our registration funnel and dramatically increase our new registered user base. Not only does the product speak for itself but their team is just that. A team. Amazing support from all angles and a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about CleverTap were the updates that were needed for integrating with SendGrid. SendGrid would send multiple emails to update the email integration. Eventually all was well and only had that issue for a short period of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap solved all of the below problems:
App user registration (Increased registration rates through push notifications and email)
Optimize app registration (tracked where users were following off in the registration journey and made key changes to app to increase registration rates).
Post Registration Feedback (Used CleverTap to collect app store reviews and request user feedback)
Email campaigns (Integrated with SendGrid, able to automate email drip campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
At the time of our company using Clevertap our marketing has been improving considerably since it allowed us to interact with customers,especially due to the tools it has to interact with digital campaigns and thus our customers benefit and we benefit in turn acquiring potential creators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative that our team perceived is that this software is more applauded to the marketing of mobile applications, however we managed to adapt all the tools it has to our maximum benefit, otherwise everything has been very satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem that we had in our company was the data or data load of our clients and later users, thanks to the use of Clevertap and its work model, schemes and infrastructure we were able to solve said problem. In the same way, we had the desire to relate web searches in real time with what each of our users wanted or walked in their search, for which Clevertap made this opportunity accessible by giving us a greater range of possibilities for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In general everything that our work team has experienced with Clevertap has been very satisfactory during each marketing task that is assigned to them, the only thing we consider is that being great software they tend to scale more and faster with which would require a lot of qualified labor for each demand of companies throughout its useful life and guaranteeing purchases where users do not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Allows to segment audience basis behaviour in several parameters such as i) how often app is launched ii) falls under serviceable area iii) how often and to what amount are purchases made. This gives the marketers a laser sharp segmentation of audiences

For first time users, it can get extremely tough to navigate and understand various functions of the app. Using common industry terms can really help solve for this problem

It's used by some of the biggest brands in the world for a reason. Would honestly suggest this tool for leading mobile apps to help market to their audience better
Is the best tool for me because help to user experience, I think experience is the heart of the app
What do you like best about the product?
Help me to organize the communication and understand different segments and behaviors of users, and this depends what the app want to say and how to say, for me is important use the correct channel and this help what the company want to inform to users. That is very understandable at the time of creating a campaign as the step by step, the documentation is so good because I can understand the way to use each tool by examples
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new way to send reports, I feel so confused but right now is ok and sometimes download segments its slow, also that I can’t see all the campaigns sent by type and results in the month, for example that I got a chart like in datastudio that tells me this month was impacted with 15 email campaigns and of those had 220,000 shipments and engagement 3,000, this information appear one by one in journeys and campaigns but this funnel does no exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot! Now I can segment my communication, I can use more that a simple push notification, I use push in app, videos, send a good mail, this tools help to engage old and new users. Also I can analyze what users do in the app for example we know that one of the action that more people do is "creating a new offer" this helps to us to communicate and have more interaction

If you want to use this tool very well read all the documentation, y so important to understand what do you have to do and the purpose, also question everything communicate with them is the best way to solve problems and question, and a very important advice is test with yourself create a profile for you and do test with this profile

What do you like best about the product?
The platform and dashboard is very feature rich and CleverTap continues to make product updates every quarter including ones that we have requested.
The Customer Success Team is very responsive and the CleverTap leadership team is very customer oriented. They listen to our needs and are very amenable to the support we need.

What do you dislike about the product?
No qualms or dislikes at this time. CleverTap has been a very strong strategic partner to StatementGames from the very beginning of our relationship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With their help, StatementGames has been able to develop and launch a very strong omni-channel 360 marketing platform that not only keeps our subscribers engaged but allows us to develop a journey and relationship with our subscribers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get intimate with their product set through demos and discussions and really compare them with the other alternatives you are reviewing. Ask a lot of questions to the Sales Account and Customer Success Teams about their products, services, Methods and Procedures, Product Roadmap, and support processes. Take a look at their customer lists and ask them for information about how they have successfully used the products, use cases, and information that they are allowed to share.
Don't be afraid to ask them how they differentiate themselves from their competitors and what they have in the near term and future term product roadmap. And get familiar with their integration process (APIs and SDKs) prior to making a final decision.

Fantastic tool and responsive customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We previously lacked any ability to automate user communication. What has been most valuable with Clevertap is the ability to trigger specific communications based on user actions in the app and watch the data roll in. It is continuously informing our engagement and product initiatives. The tool is more robust than we have the resources to currently master. That's a good thing. I can only imagine the results will get better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our catalog is massive and the amount of metadata to power individualized communication is not conducive to manual campaign set up. I do wish Clevertap's had a more out of the box ability to address some of the mass personalized communication challenges we have, but they are working diligently with us to solve our issues with I appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding is a challenge. That includes getting a user from install to sign up, and then from sign up to X number of downloads complete (our magic moment at which users start to retain much better). We have benefited most in improving the latter.
Reach Your Goals with CleverTap-Multichannel Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap allows us to message our customers on multiple channels, including reaching them on all active devices they're logged into. The Journeys feature allows for multi-messsage & multi-channel campaigns, all triggered by user behavior. Built-in analytics capabilities reduce the risk of data loss--data is no longer siloed. Creating user segments is simple and straightforward. Campaign creation is intuitive. The CleverTap team is extremely communicative. The support team is quick to respond, and handle all our issues and questions in a lightning-fast manner. The price for CleverTap is very competitive, especially given its robust capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI issues that make the platform buggy--the inability to save filtering options when toggling from a result back to the full results list. We are unable to set a campaign to launch at a particular time, THEN go out to users at the best time for them. Segmentation is somewhat limited--can't segment by "this" AND "this" OR "this"; when choosing a saved segment, it parses the criteria out individually again, instead of keeping the initial segmentation criteria, then allowing for additional queries to be added on top. (Other platforms allow for this.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using CleverTap to send onboarding/new user messaging, engagement & retention campaigns, as well as user-to-user triggered Journeys. We've seen an increase in onboarding/account completion after launching a Journey aimed at Android users who install but don't complete account. Analytics and reporting capabilities are somewhat limited; unable to create metrics reports that compare more than one event, or parsed by specific user properties.

The team that helped us get set up was so helpful and truly cared about us having success. The responsive time and the overall customer experience was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I has was the early dealings with the sales team and communication. This was taken care of by expert on boarding and Sr Executives getting involved that addressed any of the issues we dealt with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a one stop tool to handle many aspects that our mobile app requires. The ability to use one program and the ease of learning how to implement was really helpful in our early stage start-up

Great company and product. Really feel that CleverTap has one of the best support teams of Viraf and Sumitra in the tech space.
