What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface to identify, segment and target users
What do you dislike about the product?
Product marketing communication, tips, sharing best practices etc,more learning resources..Invest more in this. Marketers live in a bubble. Make them come out of it to learn more

We are using Clevertap to engage with all our product stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy campaign setup and data analysis, especially on the user finding, funnels, and trend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not tally between modules, although the discrepancy is very minor.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that allows us to carry out effective mobile marketing, through the creation of customer participation strategies and thus obtain significant growth. It provides information and analysis in real time to create the best experiences for customers, it is easy to use and its interface is clean, organized and attractive. I must also emphasize that its customer service is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been satisfactory and we have not presented problems, in fact in a couple of opportunities the customer service was contacted for doubts about a function of the platform and they treated me in the best way, the only unfavorable thing I have seen so far it is that the cost of the platform when comparing it with others is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software as it provides you with information through analysis on user data, this allows the automation tools to perform the best actions to understand the customer and create campaigns. We also track daily conversion rates, campaigns, daily assets among others. Our work team obtains a more fluid performance and time savings that we can channel in other areas of the company or we simply focus on increasing our productivity, even allowing us to offer a quality experience to customers, we are happy with the results, it has been good choice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clever Tap allows you to maintain a constant workflow for your entire team, it also provides you with information in real time based on an analysis of user data that allows you to provide each client with the best possible experience. You can carry out campaigns and increase your reach and customer acquisition, you also have access by mobile and desktop, totally recommended.

CleverTap - easy tracking & versatile channel communication

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation feature is quite robust. Conditions and filters are easy to understand and make use of.
Clevertap also provides good amount of custom configurations in notifications, some of them works really well for ecommerce. Plus, their off the shelf recommendation system that we could use in our notification helped us achieve good number of extra orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product Analytics was pretty basic when we first started using clevertap. Very recently, they have started adding capabilities for cohort comparisons, averages, %active for events. Looks like they are trying to make up for what's missing on this front fast. They can invest more effort on adding querying capabilities within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using features like flows, segmentations to understand what actions our first time users are doing after launching the app. This helps us figure out how we can shape the onboarding experience and take more users beyond the activation stage.

Funnels and Trends are looked at almost daily to ensure our quality metric isn't compromised. We split by acquisition sources to see if there are hiccups.

Finally, it's easy to just send communication to any segment, one time or recurring or just create a journey. So, that's what we do once we know intent of different segments of users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can consider it if you need easy to use marketing communication tools, segmentation and journeys. For more deep dived product analytics, it's still picking up.

Great tool now we can accionate individual customers

What do you like best about the product?
We can have very close control of every user on a single basis, and automate our marketing strategies to each one of them and with very controlled segments. The journeys allow us to do multiple automations actions based on each customer navigation and purchasing habits.

We have multiple options for campaigns, as sms, push, in app, and a lot of variances of push notifications, with images, and many other options.

We like we can track realtime usage of the app or past behaviour, so then we can make automations to increase our conversion rates and registration rates. Now we have a very close look on registration process so we can fix problems that were hurting our b2b registration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the integration with all of our platforms we were able to work with out any problem. It may requiere an intermediate level of tech development to implemented correctly to take advantage of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We anted to have a close look of our customers behaviour so we could accionate individual KPIs of our company. After we integrated everything we were able to see very detailed usage of our apps, what they bought, what they visit and didnt bought, etc. So now we are automating this behaviours to increase their spend GMV.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a close look on the integrations, so you will have good data to do segmentation for each customer according to their navigation. Its also important to track all yoour properties so you have a rich customer profile.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is essential to improve your mobile marketing by creating new strategies that guarantee the growth of the company, so its tools are extensive for mass traffic, it also allows you to obtain information in real time as a basis to create experiences for your users, with this Analysis system is great for us to be aware of the traffic level.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used it both for the WEB site and for mobile applications, however we have had positive results in terms of the receptivity of our strategy, for this reason I have no problem with the service, only to improve the mobile application in order to avoid freezing by high traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clever Tap allows us to carry out detailed monitoring of the marketing campaign, conversion rates and user analysis, it is very fast and improves our work, the tools it offers us are simple and cover the problem of digital and mobile marketing in order to reach To more users, now we can enjoy a fluidity that was not had and the best thing is that this platform is much cheaper than others.

Fully recommended to all companies that wish to improve their marketing and expand so that their products and brands are more recognized, you will have more fluidity of work in addition to increasing their sales and visits to their WEB pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Analyzing different events and understanding user behavior is pretty easy in CT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to exclude segments compared to competitor platforms for ad hoc campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer behavior and more user life cycle oriented campaigns is possible. Product variations and testing can be taken care with ease.

If you want to communicate with your customers this is the best. They are the best for push notifications, SMS and in-app campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics still needs work.
Too much work required to maintain data sanity.

Simplicity of use.
Coverage of all possible ways you might want to study user behaviour.

No complaints so far. Maybe the load times could be made faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Understanding customer behaviour - We figured which feature is being used. Who is using it , who is not. Traits of those who use it. How we can reach them. We've saved cost on feature builds because we were given a heads up that our users arent inclined towards it thanks to funnels and cohorts on CT.

What do you like best about the product?
As a mobile app use case, we have been able to understand what users are doing specifically after triggering specific action. This has really helped us understand user journey better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to do detailed session analytics. Although they have just launched something on these lines but it doesn't give me session analytics for specific pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to connect with users much more efficiently and understand user traversal journey on app. Specially, analytics module is super helpful which has helped not just PM but non-tech people to carry out analytics and learn about user behaviour on the product.
