¡Clevertap it's a great tool to identify and re- engage costumers!
What do you like best about the product?
By using Clevertap I'm able to experiment new ways to reach users we thought were already lost, also it's very likely to do a personalization process within the app
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload a group of users and work due their activity on the app. Using Clevertao it's only possible if you identify the segment within Clevertap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently working to re-engage customers, also to improve our sales and activity within the app. Tools such as the RFM have been very useful to create new strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has helped us understand and analyze our user's journey to create informed product decisions and guide our user on their journey to being successful in our application. The team is happy to help at any time, hopping on calls and optimizing our user journeys. Feels like they are part of your company, you just don't have to manage them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap has a TON of things you can do with it which can be overwhelming at the start. It's important to lean on the Clevertap team for guidance and know that at the start it may seem like a lot but it is well worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to turn lots of our stagnant users into activated users through the analytics and push notifications that Clevertap allows us to do. This has helped us hit our key metrics for the year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you lean on Clevertap's support team and your dedicated manager to help set you up!
Best real time analytics platform with mkt triggers
What do you like best about the product?
How the platform has evolved in all these years.
Simple to setup, simple to start getting value and it's one of the most robust product marketing suite I know.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the mid/high side now and also it's not so public. I hate SaaS with not so upfront pricing models. But just that is my unique critique here. Rest is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Marketing stuff. Everyting: Onboarding, engagement, how to track user behaviours, how to move them deeper in funnel, reengage them via pushes, email, whatsapp...

Try it, and you will see how good it is.
Multiple channel engagement, dynamic and versatile segmentation, intricate data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Creating segments using many parameters at a time. Data visualization is detailed, no need to download and filter data myself to find a particular trend. Overall functionalities compared to other platforms makes CVT 5 years ahead of others( depending on how fast others evolve).
What do you dislike about the product?
Ex. i can download data of users who clicked any campaign but can download time at which they clicked, in summary can't download events data, a big downside of CVT. If two users of CVT want to download data at same time, they cannot, requests runs in queue and another person have to wait until first persons' request is processed, at least 2 requests should be made run at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization. Integrating every channel with clevertap ex. email, sms to have all the channels' data at one place. Using complicated segments to target required database.
Clevertap a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about clevertap is it's very easy to use and understand and helps to create a user engagement and user journey so easily. The best part is sending SMS and Emails and sending user profiles for Remarketing easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Neer saw a downside or noting to be disliked about clevertap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing user Journeys and user behavior. Most of the retention segment and we get the RFM analysis at few clicks which most of the problems and helps in retention
CleverTap Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics part provides multiple options; we can track real-time data, do cohort analysis, RFM analysis, hourly event data, funnels, etc. The analytics dashboard is beneficial is debugging issues that we face on CleverTap
What do you dislike about the product?
A few areas of improvement for CleverTap would be the flow of the dashboard, for a user who did not have much exposure on CleverTap, the dashboard seem really complicated. Another improvement area would be the loading time while creating/ cloning campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we had before CleverTap was integrated was real-time targetting. CleverTap allows real-time targetting. The second major issue was the automation of marketing effort which was completely manual previously
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CleverTap is a really good tool. But from user point of view, there needs to be a elaborate training to use the tool effectively. Also, support and Service Agreements should be very clear before forging the partnership with CleverTap
Clevertap helps with iterative granular product observations
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track custom events and user journies. Through its campaigns, clevertap allows targeting customers sharply based on the behaviours and characteristics they exhibit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a fair bit of learning curve to get familiar with how the tool works. More assistance at the point of confusion within the app would be helpful so people can engage with the tutorial without having to break out of the flow. It would be helpful if attribution data were also made available within clevertap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still fairly new to clevertap. Our goal is to understand customer behaviour and accordingly make incremental improvements to our product. Some of the initial questions I'm keen about are what things are people engaging with? And then run A/B experiments.
Started using Clevertap recently, liking it so far!
What do you like best about the product?
The overall structure of clever tap makes it simple for the first-time user to get a broad view of the platform. Also, there are sufficient resources provided by the clever tap team to understand different features and functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking some customization. Recently, I was creating an In-app campaign wherein I had a poor experience because of certain constraints, I was not able to get the outcome that I was expecting.

We're trying to understand the user behavior so that we can customize our app in accordance with our user's needs. We're utilizing the data to drive our actions to enhance the user experience.
One of the Best Tool for CRM / Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very easy to use and easy to understand for a newbie. If you have no experience in CRM, I recommend starting it with Clevertap only. The support from CT Team is very fast and apt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Old UI was better than New UI. OLD UI was very easy to use and i had practice on it from long. But New UI is good too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is easy because of API Integration. Targeting is very easy as we do segmentations.

If it included more functionalities such as attribution tracking or detailed product analytics, it would have been great.

We are working on retention with Clevertap. It's very easy to build cohorts and run retention experiments via notications.
