No SMS provider.
No built-in email provider
It gets pricier as you keep piling up data to be stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us find out which actions our top users take and who convert. We end up giving a lot of relevant and personalized information to our users
Also helps us deliver notifications across various channels like SMS, email, push, whatsapp

What do you like best about the product?
Among all the Features, which we Like Most Is:

1: Predictive Analytics- Intent Based Segmentation, the prediction of the events in the upcoming days helped us too boost many metrics
2: User Activity beautifully Mapped that gives me a Full Overview of what's does the user go through & where is the user-facing Problems by which we can overcome it by using Journeys
3: Trends, for some it might be small but understanding what's working on the Platform or where to push users more is a massive Feature
What do you dislike about the product?
1:UI-UX, to reach Analytics Feature Point Funnel, so product team can think of instead of click just moving the cursor analytics can Show option pother features of events, cohorts, etc
2: Push Templates, should also be a choice where the Push enhancement can increase ctr
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1: User Journey Mapping to increase Conversion
2: Engaging the user at the Right time to increase Usage
3: Analytics Analysizng Flows & Reicing the POsisble drop-offs to enhance the Product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be great if Clevertap also has something that can increase the Push sent to View ctr, other than Push amplification.

Excellent Tool for analysing user base, best tool for Engage with your audience

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple features that I like about CleverTap. Some of the prominent features are as follow:

1. Very Easy to use and analyze your audience based on Segments, Events, Funnels, Cohorts.
2. Customer journeys help you to automate engagement journeys.
3. Funnels are excellent. After analyzing our user funnel, we figured out exactly where our customers are dropping off. By making changes after analyzing funnels, we reduced our dropoff by more than 20 percent.
4. You can easily upload a custom user base and target them very quickly.
5. They have an excellent support team and resolve customer queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is you can't search a particular user profile with a Phone Number. Most apps have a phone number as the primary login method. Some of the apps even have a phone number as only registration method. On ClaverTap, we can search users either by ClaverTap ID, Email ID, and identity.

Overall It's a great tool, and I am using since two years, and they always come up with new feature and good changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an Ed-Tech product, and CleverTap has helped us in user engagement; In-app is unique. We use them in multiple ways. It helped us in targeting our audience based on segments too.

We have seen significant growth in user activities on our Ed-Tech product after channelizing targeted journeys and In-apps. On top of that, funnels are very helpful, which help us to know where users are leaving my universe, and we did changes based on those fennels and reduced drop off.

Clavertap is amazing when it comes to cross-platform integrations and it's amazing to work with there team too.

I can easily send IGP & PNs with fewer efforts

Need to upload CSV file every time & when I click on clone campaign it doesn't show up from the beginning instead it goes at the end of the campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-game promotions and giving sufficient information to clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you want to reduce the churn rate.

We can target the market and make it personalized

Sometimes the report doesn't match with our data, and to filter the brand name, the brand name mostly doesn't appear, so we have to type and the system can't read what we type, so cannot target it based on our preference.

Segments. we can target based on our preference and promote it our own way

it would be great if you could have an introduction training, so we will know all the features that you have

What do you like best about the product?
They have good customer success people who are very responsive and are there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My engineers had a very difficult time working with their tech team to make certain things happen. There were bugs that we had to sort out.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like Intent-based segments, RFM analysis, and lifecycle optimizer are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the marketing team cannot receive test push notifications, and we need this issue fixed. Also, using API-linked content was MUCH easier on Braze; Clevertap has room for improvement here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We seem to do pro-active user retention now, rather than a reactive one. The benefit here is the cost saved in re-acquiring churned users in the reactive strategy.

The speed of processing data
Easy to share access to specific charts and graphs with people outside the retention team using Boards
Our success manager is accommodating and professional
The support team is doing well too
What do you dislike about the product?
Work with templates - there is no separate section, only inside campaigns/journeys
Uploading images - one would have to create a campaign to upload an image to the server
Intermediate past behavior nodes (journeys) only qualify users once a day at midnight; you can't change the time manually (entry nodes work fine)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is used mainly by the retention team and works perfectly as an all-in-one tool. It is suitable for:

- collecting & analyzing data
- sending engagements (emails, push notifications, SMS) based on users' past behavior
- triggered communications
- assessing campaigns' and journeys' performance
- product analytics
