Great UI for any user
What do you like best about the product?
The CleverTap SDK starts recording an event whenever a push notification sent via CleverTap is delivered to the user's device. The admin has the right to approve or reject campaigns created in the Creator role
What do you dislike about the product?
Provides three standard system roles (Admin, Creator & Member) which cannot be edited

Powerful and comprehensive tool for user engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a very clean and simple to use user interface. Excellent technical support and their technical documentation is very thorough. Using clevertap we are able to track user Analytics, campaigns performance and daily activities very effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap performance has been amazing in all it's feature .We have not experienced any downtime .It's perfect for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap application requires very minimal training for users to use. Thy have a well organized technical team and aslo their technical documentation is very thorough. It's pricing is aslo very reasonable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clevertap application has been running very smoothly in our organizations. We are able to get technical support instantly. Their pricing structure is very reasonable.

They placed the dashboard front and back on the Analytics Workflow page where I can easily create my dashboards

Aprt from the installation of the platform presented a challenge I did not find any fault with the solution

What do you like best about the product?
Reports, analytics and insights provide greater engagement and user engagement. One of the things we like most about CleverTap is that the tool provides real-time information and gives us the ability to make business decisions more accurately and quickly, generating greater engagement in marketing campaigns created for our clients. Campaigns have become more efficient and differentiated and can be carried out from any mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't bring any negative impact and there were no complaints and occurrence of bugs and problems in CleverTap.

CleverTap is at the heart of our IT and marketing management to maintain differentiated and close relationships with our customers. We manage the tool for general users to create marketing campaigns, advertisements, and forms with CleverTap's Intelligent Mobile Marketing platform using mobile devices. Everything has worked very well, optimizing work routines, generating more financial income and more publicity from the media.

Nothing as such. It is an amazing business tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap to test analytic events and push notifications for our business platforms. We can easily replicate the notifications and events in the Test environment and the prod links. It is a great tool for our business team as they can set multiple notification campaigns for their preferred target audience. They even use it to analyze the trends amongst the users and taking informed decisions based on the data available. A great tool to have in your kitty as a software engineer, very easy to use and learn.
