What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap allows us ti engage with customers to enhance retention via messaging channels like emails, SMS and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Push notifications sometimes delays when there is poor internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to understand customers and take them through lifecycle stages.
Enhances omnichannel campaigns which improves ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of automated data analysis to create campaigns, experiences and journeys to each user.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer retention is simplified to the extend with solution that it is integrated across customer journey specially in the era of digital customer brand which is backed by AI/ML along with powerful automation. The solution which is addressing the problem of retention at scale by modern engagement approach with no data limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though data limitation is not an issue but it comes with a heavy cost associated with the data package or storage capacity we have. And it becomes difficult when we have so much transaction in digital era of consumer engagement you have good chances to overshoot budgets. But yes good things come with high cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer retention is just one way we are using this product it comes beyond the direct benefits by having both downstream and upstream approach of data we get from clever tap solution making us more agile and proactive in our actions.

What do you like best about the product?
No maintenance need to be taken care by us it's just ready to use and we can focus more on our strategy instead of product maintenance. I liked the feature where we have avenues like user segmentation, customer journey mapping and data driven approach which is better analytics driven. So we can provide or add value to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good things come at high price the capability tool offer is amazing and it make sure we are par at customer renetion however cost involved can be discouraging for small businessman
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a saas based product and we use it to manage entire customer engagement life cycle so we can achieve better and high growth rate. Retention of current customer base is critical in today's world which this tool help us in achieving by offering different custom features

Great tool for user reengagement

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap offers better and more detailed analytics than its competitors but at a higher cost. Identifying dormant user cohorts and crafting user journeys and setting up automated notifications for them is super easy and the delivery rates of Clevertap are better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap is very expensive and still, the data upload limit of events and users keeps getting exhausted and we have to keep deleting certain custom segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Clevertap for sending personalized and geo-based notifications to users. User segmentation and setting up notification campaigns and analyzing historical data help us drive insights that can be incorporated into current strategies. With clever tap we were able to better engage our users and increase our feature adoption by redirecting them to specific places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We switched from Clevertap to MoEngage but still have its 6-month credentials left, please go for Clevertap if you have good funding or are a profitable startup otherwise you can explore other options.

3. Automated trigger campaigns to target drop-offs or push out reminders for repeat purchases

1. Limited storage space available on the platform. Higher premiums charged to increase container size for customer event and interactions with the app
2. Not supportive for website appliacations

1. Messaging personalisation: Helps to create user cohort & hence targeted marketing campaigns (push notifications) to offer personalise communocation

What do you like best about the product?
Clever Tap is the best tool for engaging your existing customers; it enables excellent customer initiatives.
It's the best for insights into the user's behavior and analyzing their funnel, taking the following strategies for further future scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the price of the product, and that's all, it's just that the product is expensive, else its flawless to use.
Customer buying behaviour is really important for business, so its a great tool otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Clevertap, you can trigger automated personalized notifications depending on the user behavior and journey in the app.
The analytics of experimental campaigns gives us a clear understanding of what imagery or messaging resonates with our users. What customers like, what they dont like. We use it to reengage and retain customers and push them to buy products.
These learnings and insights help us to prevent churn and increase user engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Clavertap is an incredible platform to engage users. Since I've started to use it, my engagement and users retention has come to another level. It's an intuitive platforme to get on your users in so many channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me is when you publish a journey, you are not able to change any of the nodes of segmentation or triggers, and if somehow you publish something wrong and realize after you publish, you will have to clone, fix and publish again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are many, but the most important thing we have solved was the engagement time. With Clevertap, we can find your user's best time to engage in an email or in a web push, pop-up, or whatever you like.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To have great use of the platform, you should have a great DEV team to implement every event correctly; it will make a difference in your usage.
