1. How to retain your existing customer & increase the Customer lifetime value
2. Target relevant users by sending them a contextual message via multiple channels like mobile push notifications, In-App notifications, WhatsApp, Email , SMS

CleverTaps help in reducing churn & increasing the customer lifetime value.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great with Journey campaigns.
It's customer success team is great.
It has helped us to track impact of various paid and organic marketing channels through which we can adjust spends and focus on the channels that make an impact.
It's easy to understand how user's are navigating on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's has too many reports inbuilt which sometimes create confusion to what report to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With it we are able to send trends amongst our user's and make informed decisions based on them.

Great tool to optimize customer engagement journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is the most convenient and insight-led user engagement platform. Creating custom segments and managing huge volumes is super quick and efficient as the system is robust enough to handle multiple queries and huge datasets at once. Using smart trigger campaigns, we were able to nudge users at various steps in their user journey and retain them while also inculcating them in a habit-forming journey. Their email suite helped us to consolidate all user attributes in one place and target them with effective email newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from being expensive, there were no major issues with Clevertap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Clevertap, we had better visibility of conversion events and other in-app events which garnered better results, therefore we were able to redirect all our efforts towards this. It also aids in analysing multi-channel campaign performance and not only engagement campaigns. Creating user segments and doing in-depth cohort analysis helps us to decide the most favourable factors while setting notification campaigns. It let us AB test between various coupons and incentives and helped us identify a balance between coupon and brand sustainability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clevertap is a great product which offers best-in-class features and services that help in retaining/engaging our userbase most sensibly.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is such a real time insights tool which provide real time data tracking and is helping in retaining and engaging our customers at the same time by helping them achieving their path. It comes with ready to use by default helping us to deploy it immediately after purchasing the tool. The dashboard showing different analytics like RFM analysis, hourly data tracking and more, which make the tool even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike about the product. This tool comes with lot of advanced features and more analytics options but charging much more than other competitors. It could be reduced, might help in achieving more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Clevertap, we are able to work on automated personalized notifications depending on the user behavior. We have been able to attract many inactive users with the help of push notifications to attract and engage even inactive users helping us to achieve our targets to reach a milestone of reaching a certain userbase.

It allows us to create and tracks segments based on a teacher's pattern behavior both historically and in real-time.

It has also allowed us to track how many teachers are unable to complete a task

Make it more powerful to enable upload of events from many other data sources

Analyzing of funnel reports to identify trends and isolate the performance of select teachers in various school districts

What do you like best about the product?
Using CleverTap, it is easy to track user activity and implement timely interventions to increase engagement and subscriptions.

Using its RFM Analysis, we were able to break down our entire user base into 10 groups based on: recency of app use, frequency of app use, and monetary spending

Journeys need to be improved so that we can build and deliver the best omnichannel campaigns based on user behavior and location

Sending relevant, contextual, and personalized messages to attract user attention and entice them back into our app

Great experience with detailed customer journey analytics and multiple reengagement channels

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap offers detailed analytics about our user's journey on the app, its AI helps us boost our recommendation engine by recommending related content based on user's past interactions or choices. We majorly use Clevertap for sending out push notifications to our users and measuring the impact of various paid marketing campaigns and channels. With custom dashboards, funnels, user cohorts and segments, their recency and frequency on the app helps us better understand their behaviour and ship product features accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap is much more expensive than its competitors and with an increasing userbase, we were finding it even heavier on the pockets therefore we moved to another Customer engagement platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Clevertap for all the use cases it offered including sending a push notification, customer journey mapping and analytics, and creating exhaustive user onboarding flows which included event-based notification triggers. Clevertap has helped us in keeping our users engaged by observing their patterns of drop-offs at certain events and personalising notifications at these steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clevertap charges us based on MAUs and most of the time these numbers are not accurately calculated, please do not consider Clevertap if you have a huge number of users who are bound to increase with time.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is a good for marketing automation and customer engagement platform. It has an informative dashboard with minimal information. So, that we can track our customer journey and experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration process is a little tricky. But their support team is very helpful in every step of integration. Also, it is a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation. Customer Journey and Make UI more informative to our customers in mobile and web view both. It also helps us to analyze the behavior of our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for CDP which is easy to integrate Clevertap is one of them.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap analyzes customer behaviors through cohorts, funnels and insights to understand their needs, which we later engage through messaging channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with social media and external on-premise apps was overwhelming during initial stage.

Push notifications through web push, pop-ups and in-app messages which help us engage with potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time insights and analytics are extremely useful, We have used app push notifications and emails extensively. They have an amazing user experience team they always respond to and resolve our queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and reporting are very buggy at times. The reports are also not easy to understand at times, which makes it difficult for us to take the corrective measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find the feature to follow a deep dive into the user's timeline of app events extremely useful to identify issues with the app flow and how to improve the user experience further.
